  • Ojalá SEGA ponga éste juego en la Virtual Console de Wii.

  • dirty duffy was haulin fuckin ass

  • @Maincontrol999 I love the music, man. I used to rock that shit back in the late 80s. Too bad nobody bothered ripping the music from the arcade game. There is, however, a rip for the console version floating around somewhere - but its not the same music.

  • its good to know that megaman is here to defend us

  • Some robot suit. It looks more like a fat suit.

  • I wonder if these criminals know they can CROUCH! To attack? Duh.

  • Sega made a HUGE mistake by NOT including this in Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection!

  • @BrandonJBlair indeed. Sega done goofed up for not having the Cyber Police involved in the collection.

  • Am I the only one who thinks the cop wearing the E-Swat suit should appear as a playable character if they ever made a Sega VS Capcom?

  • @andoc Anyone that's been around would literally shit their pants.

  • @andoc great idea sir!!!

  • You are an AMAZING player.. contratulations! :)

  • I have been looking for this game FOREVER! It used to be at the Dairy Queen here in town, and then after like years they removed it. Man I loved this game! It was always next to Raiden II!

  • cappin' kids on skateboards...

  • anal juice

  • Looks like someone just got back-traced =(

  • It's like Shinobi in powered armor and a gun

  • 1:48 - lol

  • Man why don't we have arcades anymore

  • @Greatmurderer Because people prefer wasting their entire gaming time on MMORPGs and/or online games. I'm not saying that these kinds of games are bad because i like some MMORPGs and online games. What i'm saying is that too many people nowadays just don't want to play that and that's all, they don't even want to go on an arcade and try some other games...

  • @mrnuage I hear that man, but arcades were more than gaming, back in the day people went to arcades to escape home and just chill, now it's this online gaming like you said, but it's destroying the essence of gaming.

  • not the greatest arcade game but my god sega made a mess of it on the megadrive version

  • @deekay1182 boi did they!

  • so fist he kills the boss THEN he arrests him?

  • @cyberyanmar lol hardcore eh

  • this game was damn hard on the genesis

  • i loved this game, tnx for upload man, eswat armor still haunts me

  • I used to clear this game without taking a single bullet mean 3 chances and full health :)

  • LOL. This looks like Pre-Robo Cop before he became Robo Cop.

  • SEGA International Bank. xD

  • At 2:10 the green car in the background looks like a VL commodore.

  • The Music is even more repetitive then the genesis version!

  • This reminds me of dick tracy. Very very similar.

  • CONSECUENSES WILL NEVER BE THE SAME

  • yeah, the music in the first part is cool. Thank's for the good memories!!!

  • The best game ever ,, big memoris,, thanks for the video you are a great player

  • 4 people here dun goof'd.

  • has anyone noticed that the guy u play as when he gets the suit looks like the juggernaut

  • Hmm very different to the Megadrive (Genesis) version

  • This game was backtraced

  • (comment removed by the cyber police)

  • Do you have a backtracing ability in the game? Without it consequences will never be the same.

  • Had he failed to take down that gorilla, the consequences would have never been the same.

  • U DON GOOF'D

  • GODDAMN SKATER PUNKS

    SHOOT EM IN THE FACE

  • I remember dumping an unhealthy amount of quarters down this machine as a teenager lol

  • @rworthington4697

Likewise. Never let up on this bad boy fo' real.

  • @sabre926 the yellow arrow has letter, i can't read

please type it, while eswat falling on it here is letter under.

  • @xajik3 To answer your question, the yellow arrow says "THIS WAY" under it. Nothing special...

  • the first stage was less than a minute long

  • you're good # 1

  • Hmm...very convincing shot sounds!

  • "hey, let's party!"

  • "special used cars" as opposed to ordinary used cars!

  • haha the trick for the boss in level 2 works on the master system as well.

  • Geez... 2nd guy was like "I'm gonna kick you as *groin shot* I'M DEAD"

  • This is a game that needs a sequel/remake for Ps3 or Xbox 360 ASAP.

  • Good gear

    E-Swat ARCADE 1-3(score 2,490,600)1 cc(player INNUENDO)

  • @Duyaj I was thinking more Chevy Chase myself

  • Wow !!! Sega need to port it to Wii Virtual Console ...

  • You are the best!

  • LMAO at 1:49

  • Seriously LMFAO

  • I was about to post the same comment but.. yeah. Lmfao!

  • Megadrive version is awful compared to the arcade, can't see why they could not just port this version, the megadrive was powerful enough!

  • @filtermadg There's nothing wrong with the Mega Drive version it's Awesome!, i actually prefer it over the Arcade version, plus Eswat arcade is far too short. =)

  • so suddenly people leave dead tigers in the middle of the strret now?!

  • Thats what I love about early computer games - they make no sense!

Take the guys with guns standing on the fire escape, they're like 'right, I'll just stand here and fire a couple of shots at the floor every few seconds, gee whizz I sure hope that cop is walking underneath me when I do!'

  • Today's games make more sense? Also E-SWAT isn't what I would call an early "computer" game (besides that it originated from the arcade), before it came out, there were already 10 years of computer and video games...

  • @ 6:34 poor tiger gets capped MAD HARD lmao.

  • its fake is dificulty easy

  • So much better than the Genesis version.

  • you gotta love that ending music.

  • i cant decide between this and the genesis version

  • Wow different from the Sega Genesis or Megadrive version of the game.

  • man this game looks baddazz. and u are a true master my friend. Impressiv

  • then you program a game instead of bitching about it.

  • hey...Lets party....OMG...lol

  • This was one of my favrt games when I was a kid.

Can u get me any download links for this one...

Coz all I can find is the Sega Genesis version called City under Siege.....

  • I found it by going to google and typing eswat cyber police ,but Im not sure

    what emulator to use.

  • this game was sega take on the robocop game and it worked very well

  • OMG 1989 I remember got only till 7 stage I was about elementary school I just loved this game ohh its like had been yesterday..

  • That end of level boss on level one! I know that guy in real life !!

  • " ahhh thank you officer" XD

  • What you're looking at here is the arcade version which used the powerful System 16 board. Much better than the Mega Drive / Genesis version!

  • year of ESWAT

  • man what are you playin this on ? Mame ? i cant find a working rom for my Mame32k =( i miss this game so much.

  • Im a big fan of this game too. You should save your special backpack (the one that shoots like a shotgun) on the 4WD.. 1 shot of that trash it instantly...

  • lmao, fat fire-breathing guys with roll attacks just like Streets Of Rage.

  • lol @ 1.54

  • bitch ass cop kicked him in the nuts, haaa.

  • his cop car looks like a old Pontiac Grand Prix

  • The 3rd Small time guy you captured looks like Uncle Phil

  • Love how you beat the big boomerang guy with a kick to the crotch.

  • Before I saw this vid, I didn't even know you could do that... I always just shot at the guy, and did poorly.

  • The suit always ahead of its time.

  • eres un verga bien erecta xD!!!!!!

  • damn remember when games like this were like "damn thats good graphics!"

  • this game is awesome!

  • Let's write a lot of e-mails do SEGA to a new version of this wonderfull game, my favorite on Mega Drive. Especially if it launched to XBox 360!!!

  • I loved this game when I was a little kid. Never got to the end though >.> It deffinitely plays close to Shinobi. I loved how your armor came off after taking a bit of damage. I wish there was a remake... almost (If only it was made by a dedicated team who took their time.)

  • gotta love those sega fm tunes.. phonkay!! :)

  • The Genesis version was SO inferior to this.

  • i personally liked the Mega Drive version a lot more than the arcade.

  • I'm not sure what the Mega Drive is. Was that one of those Sega Genesis add-ons like 32X? And what's different about the Mega Drive version that makes it better than this one to you?

  • Mega Drive IS Genesis (with no add-ons) outside of the US. The USA were the only country where the 16 Bit Sega Mega Drive was renamed because of copyright problems of the "Mega Drive" name in the US. The Mega drive/Genesis version of E-swat is my favorite of the "ports" because i like the music and stage design more than in the arcade version (i especially liked stage 2 of the Mega Drive version).

  • I never played the arcade version but I loved the genesis one^^.

  • Yeah the second level was my favourite too-"Infiltrate Cyber Prison"

  • me too

  • ESWAT was the best then and it still the best now thanks homes for putting this video.

  • Thanks so much for putting this up! My dad and I played this every weekend at the grocery store when I was a kid.

  • Video game music is the shiznight!

  • It looks like you've garnered over 11 million points on just two lives. Nice job!

  • lol

  • good job dude you olny died once but fuckig ya you very good way t go bubby :)

  • ha!I used to beat this game with one quarter too!

  • wow, to think, with out games like this Halo and The darkness wouldnt exist :)

  • Oh man, I remember this game!! Used to play the hell out of it at the Shore Mall in Pleasantville, N.J. Brings back alot of memories. Cheesy music and bad graphics, ahh the good old days!!!

  • lol you kicked the 2nd boss in da nuts for an easy win!!

  • lol, yeah very realistic gameplay there.

no health bar, no bright flashing achilles' heel that says HIT ME!

    :)

  • Cool. this used to be one of my fav games. where did you find it?

  • wow I guess according to video game physics bullets are slow and hover giving you ample time to duck under them.

  • HEY LETS PARTY!

  • I never thought it could be possible to end it with only one credit, and u made to last stage without dying! Good job!

  • This genre seems to be only style b4 d 3D revolution. I wonder if RPG games like Final Fantasy wil be great in the old platforms like Famicom. Coz THEY DON'T HAVE MEMORY CARDS! Oh yes, I remember that the 1st FF was in the Nintendo system. Haven't played the game but I wonder, did it need saving your progress?

  • Course it did. There were NO separate save slots though so sharing your copy would be a pain.

  • Very nice run, dude! I've never played this before, but I have played Shinobi, so I know how it feels to go through it! Five stars! I just might try this one day. ;)

  • own thew arcade game

  • I don't know why but 1:49-1:53 just cracks me up laughing. Really shouldn't be surprised why Boomerang Dude went down so fast. He got kicked in the ballz!

  • lol at stage 2's female hostage who sounds like Minnie Mouse.

  • Is it just me, or is this game an awful lot like Shinobi?

  • Oh this game was sweet good video.
