I am going thru these problems, I made trial payments on time, they sent me a letter to update paper work, I sent it on time, days after I sent the package they sent me a letter that my mod. was denied because I did not provide the doc's on time when time frame was still open 6- days before exp. date on the letter. I called, I spoke with the supervisor, I sent the package to his personal fax, then he told me that my mod. will be done on 1-2 weeks. Now it's has been 7- months and still denied.

excellent story,welldone,we have to fight back...try asking for your signed mortgage promise you made with them when you took out your mortgage..if they cant provide the actual signed copy then they have no proof..no proof = NO contract!...in court,without this,the judge will come down on your side...power to the people :)
