  • What a beautiful class experience! Last night I practiced along with Claire in the 60 minute session- I found it to be calming and gentle yet my body felt challenged and I feel stronger. After completing the practice, I had the most wonderful calm, peaceful energy that helped me soar right through the rest of my evening. Thank you Claire! I would recommend this DVD to everyone. I am buying copies for all of my loved ones for the holidays!
