if u act like the mole and u are not then people will vote for u meaning they are completly wrong and therefore will go home before you. thats my plan
More than 50 countries have done at least one season of The Mole. There's only so many challenges you can do. There's lots of "copying" among the nations, and seasons.
the host might be lame. but I think the contestant are far more passionate and interested in winning compared for the uk contestants for example. (especially season 2)
this host is awful...its like im watching a national geographic animal documentary or somethin...u know that really dull voice describing the lion as he takes a dump....other than that, its pretty cool. american editing is alot more intresting and sensationalized that the uk and aus tho.
I agree...I did see that UK series...but I'm sure they won't be exactly...even the the current season in US has some similarities. I love it all just the same. ;-)
Its all amazing and very interesting to see the differences between the Australian contestants to the British ones and even the Americans. The Ozzie's are definitely the nicest of the lot, not much back stabbing at all, Americans are more deceiving/cunning.
This series is a lot like the UK ones, but after watching all of it I've actually started to like that guys voice so I take back the dull host part.
I've been enjoying that comparison as well. I agree the Americans were the most strategic and conniving of the lot (although I also think they had an advantage in their first season, as unlike the Brits and Ozzies, they came into the game knowing the rules already, and so had time to think about strategy before the game even began).
I think, though, that the Ozzies, although awfully nice, were more conniving than the Brits. These folks started strategizing and trying to double-bluff each other from the get-go - as soon as they'd understood the rules, they were formulating strategy. The contestants on the first UK season never seemed to do much of that at all.

I remember watching this years ago - but I think I missed Ben's badly dubbed f-bomb at around 4:20.

no, the US copied both of them. the UK and AUS seasons of the mole took place before the US one even started filming

It's difficult for Australia to copy any other version of the mole, considering they brought out the first English language series.
