@StraightFlint. Hi there. If you have called Rogers customer service and were told that you're eligible, then you can go to any BestBuy and they'll gladly do it for you. Some Rogers stores are being anal about it and won't do it. If you're close to Square One, the Rogers store UPSTAIRS will gladly do it for you. Don't go to the one downstairs as they are of no help at all. Hope this helps. Good luck!

and now at times, i'm having a problem with my 3G and Rogers knows where the problem is and will be fixed within 2 to 3 months

I'm in a similar boat as you they won't upgrade me, but customer relations says i'm perfectly eligible for the maximum rebate.
I'm waiting until monday for a hardware exception form process to complete and hopefully be resolved. otherwise I'm going to hit the fan...
Anyway Good luck with yours Hopefully i'll get my white one sooner than later...
