@natedog2004 Im not sure it is just a hole with no plastic piece or thing he holds up to it. It's as if he had a racheostomy and thy took out the tube. he just talks as if the hole is not there. But you can barely hear him when he speaks. He's such a nice guy though but now he's advocatng for us to not smoke.

@jaylias Death is the only destination for all humans . I quit smoking for a year after 9 years Dad died of a stroke 1 month ago. Smoked for ten years. Lost a friend to a Heart attack last april he was 44 smoker Wife battled cancer and won non-smoker. But death is always inevitable. Some people want to live for today they will die sooner and smoking is their choice. Death is reality No one lives forever the suffering is what I hate.

been a total lary for 4 years, the radiation after surgery eats away your teeth and gum bone structure my cancer returned a year later was in hospital 8 mths strait after round 2 took 5 flaps to rebuild my neck......now since my swallowing tube is always needing dilation they want to move my stomach up and build a new swallowing tube out of part of my stomach like a gastric pull up cross esophagus atresia......when you cant speak you really notice all the wasted words people use
