4 have snapped and 1 has broken driver, I attempted doing this on my 6th headset and BAM snap again. So chances are they are using a modified version just for promotional purposes in videos like these!

oh geez. I purchased these on Tuesday at Harvey Norman and it broke today. My friend dropped it while we were walking and the little clip inside the driver broke causing the whole right side to fall out. I went back tot he store and ask to replace it and they said no. I MEAN WHAT THE HELL. Solo HD may be improved on the headbands but the sides are still weak. *sigh* Super glue fixed it though.. but FUCK, Stupid scratch. Seriously. I do not recommend this anymore.

Suggestion. Don't be too comfortable about dropping your solos of course. The super strength ability was not made to be SUPER strong for a long time. Even though the Solos are new and improved, still take care of the headphones. :))
