The first chord is a B chord so Its in B, But I think he is using E Lydian possibly and quite likely other modes too.

@soulfullsolos C# minor is the relative minor to E major, meaning both scales will work when soloing over this song if you decide to improvise, so it doesnt module, it is E major and C# minor works a well.
