  • I recently became a perfectionist, not a strict one, I was inspired by Steve Jobs, who was a perfectionist

  • omg... LOL... why does he need to tap her face and chest... that's fk'ed up

  • low suggest below your abilities while it may be an impossible goal that is not the same as not setting one. It is in fact so high it is past your range of abilities. you sir are a fucking dip shit.

  • Robert, I love this one, you get right to the core within minutes. Re imprinting her belief, of what she holds to be true, about herself. She no longer believes she's a perfectionist your a GENIUS. Faster EFT is truly a gift.

  • LOL!!! I love the confused look on her face when her label no longer rings true! And her reaction to hearing her say the truth about acting just like her father. I get reactions like that, they are so healing. Like a scythe slicing through so much crap all at once.

  • Perfectionism can move you into better places, it can drive you to become better at something faster

  • Brilliant job!!!

  • I need this...

  • Awesome! Robert it must feel incredibly rewarding to heal lives. To take yrs of torment off in less than 10 Min's! The crap that we do to ourselves, with our negative thoughts, emotions and perceptions. Built up by yrs of reinforcement, those old tapes running in our head. You have a wonderful gift. Wisdom, gained from living life's experience. Your intuition's usually spot on. Toss in your compassion, love 4 your fellow man. How do we nominate you for

Nobel PEACE Prize? ThanX 4 AllUDo

  • if she asks: then... who am I? what is the right answer?

  • You are a dynamic person who is ever changing and improving

  • Well done... the both of you! So liberating to let go of trying to be something we are not. Can never be our parents and the truth is, we really don't want to be anyways. What we think we need from them is something we can get from ourselves and it's WAY more powerful.

I really appreciate your "hound dog" approach Robert. Thank you.

  • I really loved this video too. Persistence is the real key to deep inner healing.

  • @RealFocusTraining

what is wrong with trying to be perfect?

anyone can believe what ever one want's, so in essence were do you draw the line between what is good in the sense of being perfect and what's not? @_@

  • @775gary

Perfectionist is a person constantly unhappy with results of his/her work, and this unhappiness is a fuel for improvements. Healthy person accepts and enjoy any results, and use a passion as a fuel for improvements.

  • Bury all of my bothersome issues and not busy lol.

  • Make peace with all the bothersome issues to where they don't bother you at all even when you try and are at peace with them all...

  • Another great video Robert. I learned this of my mother and being a perfectionist drives me "nuts". I have done alot of healing with EFT and this was the last "big issue" i wanted to be free of. I am no longer feeling lonely (worked on your other new video) so this is my last nail in the coffin to busy all my bothersome issues. Thank you for being part of my journey. Kind regards Julie x

  • I'm glad I watched this. My biggest enemy was my perfectionism. I never realized that I had to tap on this. I am so grateful for you and this video. Thank you a thousand times. I am gonna tap till that mean-to-myself perfectionism is GONE. 8-) I know probably my mother &/or my teachers are both factors to the cause, but I forgive them like you said, I carry this onward.

  • Yes, Love you for who you are now and make peace with that idea-perfectionism. It is ok to accept yourself and release the fears behind it and that wanting to be accepted or hurt. Peace!!

  • Perfect! ;)

  • Pefrect, within our inperfrectsions!!!

  • Yes! =) LOL Robert! The vid plays out perfectly to show how fear creates our defense mechanisms.

I've just gone through a time of criticizing others and feeling crappy. After doing my list to prepare for working with Grace, I realized the main theme was fear of being judged. DING DING! I tapped and now have almost instantaneous compassion for myself and others. I know we're just touching each other's wounds and reacting. Blessings!

  • That was good
