for today's lunch, i made this :) but i dont have daikon in my area, so i peeled american red radishes, yuzu supposedly cant be imported here either, so i used lemon instead.. (i do know yuzu would make this even better), and added cucumber.. i did everything else the same...let me just say, THANK YOU!!! this recipe is fabulous!! refreshing and enhances your tai chi dramatically.. i love this so very very much!!!
