  • @brucebruceify - Yes.

  • I am not familiar with your martial art, but i do respect it.

  • Excellent tip. Rolling to the shoulder is a HUGE tip.

  • So sick. Thanks mucho

  • @DaPhillosophizer - Valeu! Your welcome.

  • isn't the triangle used several times in the movie "Haywire"?

  • @neselul - I have been anticipating a similar response ... likely something I would have posted as a 12 year old to amuse myself.

  • @neselul Considering you can't spell you probably haven't had one.

  • @neselul Ha mom jokes. I stopped making those when I was 13. So since you're still making them, I think your nuts are probably still shoved up your stomach.

  • Can someone explain who at 1:30-1:40 he says crossing the ankles is ok, as it helps to pinch the arm ?

Wouldn't crossing your legs instinctively make your knees move away from each other, effectively loosening the pinch on the arm ?

  • @amcknnn - With the standard arm-bar you are correct but with both legs over the opponents shoulder, the knees are pointed forward instead of outward and it does in fact help to hold the arm in place for the submission.

  • Today was my first day in BJJ. I was in this situation today and knowing this would've helped alot.. cant wait for training tomorrow. Thanks.

  • Brilliant... Dennis is one of the best and a great ambassor for BJJ
