I don't know about a broadway album, but there is a London cast album of the same show, which I have, and it is a great album. You can find it on Amazon - search for "mary poppins london".

It is diffrent from the London production but i dont know about the Broadway production as i havent seen it on Broadway 1 thing i know that is diffrent in the UK tour and Broadway production is the house in Broadway its the same as it was in London in the tour its like a dolls house and the house when the Broadway cast goes on tour will be a dolls house 2

The Broadway and London houses weren't the same, the London was supposed to be better with more automated, I think also larger due to larger stage, according to one of the DSM's I knew from the London show.
