I just finished a clinic with him and he showed me + the rest of the class his uchimata, ouchimata ouchi gari and his osoto gari .... and honestly it may look all easy. but the technique and komikata he uses to achieve all these nice throws is just difficult and tough to achieve. He really emphasized on the kuzushi and the arm placements. out of all the techniques he showed us. the easiest had to of been the osoto gari. but even then that was a pain in it self.

i think if u just do horse stance this is useless cuz ur center of gravity is parallel to the ground which will be hard to lift, compared to them slight standing up straight where u can become inbalanced easy

@bleachforlife horse stance is horrible! sure it may stop a few forward throws but an osoto gari, pretty much any foot sweep and your gone! especially ko uchi gari or ouchi gari!!
