  • @primohomme Not really. Husky means dark or "hoarse" sound. Well during the butterfly era it was really raspy, but obv reasons I can't ues that in this debate can I? heheheh. I disagree. For some people it is natural, they can't turn it on and off. Those who use it for musical effect though strainging can then yes agreet, not natural. But there are those who's voices are truly raspy and there's nothing they can do. Again, I throw Haley Reinhart card, perfect example.

  • @MrButler124

That girl uses an awful lot of growling in her singing, so no, that for me is not natural.

It's a matter of vocal hygiene, a singer should work on producing a clean sound.

  • @primohomme but growling and hain a rfaspy voice are different things. And you dnt like her growls? But if she were to sing say just a few lines without any growling or anythintg, it still be raspy. I undedrstand what you are coming from though, you feel as thbough rasp is cause by improper vocal production. But what I'm trying to say is that even with proper vocal production, if the rasp is natural then it wouldn't go away most likely. Now most of it might be lessend but not truly gone

  • Were you mad you didnt make it past the audition?

  • @THEXtinafan101

No, I was sad of course, not because I didn't make it through but because I realized I went into battle without being prepared...I was upset with myself and it was a turning point for me, after that I started studying music a month later :)

I didn't fight the judges, didn't cuss them out or anything, I asked them for their advice, thanked them for their time and walked out, no scandals, so they couldn't use much of the audition, only 20 seconds in which I was gasping for air.

  • @primohomme Yea, ill check out your new stuff but searching for your audition, what would it be under? And no, i wont judge, or talk bad about it, criticize ect. none of that; im just curious hun :)

  • @THEXtinafan101

I don't know, it happened in 2004 in Houston, TX auditions, I think they only showed 20 seconds of it, heavily edited :P I used a fake ID, I remember I sang "I'm outta love" by Anastacia if that helps...I'm sure there are sites where you can watch ol Idol stuff. Anyway, it wasn't particularly dreadful, I mean, it wasn't good...I was completely out of breathe and choking from nerves, but I wasn't howling dreadfully off key as some other contestants sometimes do.

  • @THEXtinafan101

Even now there's some songs I like her in, such as "Birds of prey" or "I am", "Dynamite", "Genie 2.0", "Falling in love again", "A guy what takes his time", "But I'm a good girl", etc.

Anyway...Since you are curious about my flop audition for AI when I was 16, I urge you to look it up if you can find it, then go listen to my acapella of Mariah's emotions, and compare how much I've improved since 2004 till now :)

  • @primohomme It stresses you out? lmao its nice to know that you actually like a couple of her songs. Im aware her voice sounds rough and harsh now but honestly I think it not only is the vocal decline but because she purposely wants to have that raspy and roughness. Idk though. See, im not a vocal expert, im not a music teacher, I dont really know all about good technique and all that stuff. But i feel that when she isnt belting, she's using chest or head voice she sounds good.

  • @primohomme

Thank you much for the video! Very interesting yet such a shame that she didn't maintain her training.

My advice to you is not to get worked up by the immature fans who a) have absolutely no vocal knowledge and b) would rather die than admit that Christina has poor technique. A lot of us enjoy Christina as a vocalist the same way we enjoy Michael Jackson, Janis Joplin, or Bjork as vocalists. =)

  • @TheModeleParfait

    Oh yes :) you're welcome

I actually think she is very talented, very talented throat

But I do blame her stans for being enablers of her vocal abuse

I do hope she keeps up her voice lessons and even if she chooses to not get rid of the scratchy sound that I dislike, at least project in a healthier way and preserve her voice for longer as the voice starts to decline past age 25 if it's not kept in shape.

  • @primohomme ohhh. So when did something hit the fan for you? Was it around the Stripped era? Back To Basics? Bionic?

  • @THEXtinafan101

"Back to basics". I still liked some songs by her..."I got trouble", "Candyman" (specially the mix with the 3 harmonies clearly heard), "Hurt", etc. And I really liked "Hello". It's just I really prefer a cleaner vocal production, don't like a lot of scratchiness, it stresses me out...I like blues singing, for example Big Mama Thornton, but I don't like constant scratchy constricted sound.

  • @primohomme oh okay. And whoa, you were a Christina fan???? How did you go from being a fan to hating her?

  • @THEXtinafan101

Oh I don't hate her (as a person), I dislike how she chooses to use her voice, and I dispise her ravenous fans who threaten to kill whoever disagrees with them that she is OMG the greatest in the universe. There's a difference :p

I just grew out of my taste for her as I learned more and more about vocal technique certain issues I kept hearing in her voice became more and more pronounced to my ear to the point that her singing irritated me.

  • @primohomme oh. Never mind. But how do you know this is from 1999? Did you see an actual video or something?

  • @THEXtinafan101

Yes :) that way back like 10 years ago when I was a fan of Christina,

I had the video of it but lost it and only kept the audio hidden somewhere in my hard drive. Anyway...you can look up the video in christina's multimedia website, but it's really difficult to actually download those files now as few people host them anymore.

  • Not sure how i got to this video again but i realized it says 1999. Thats actually wrong. These vocals were from a rehearsal before a show during her Back To Basics era a couple of years ago. I've seen the actual video. She was pacing around in her robe singing.

  • @THEXtinafan101

No, that's a totally different one. In that one she does some disconnected falsetto like B5, but for me that's not nearly as good as this which is a scale sung from the middle-low across the middle and through the passaggio, all connected without dragging the middle, that's why.

  • who cares i can go from f#2 up to b5 fully connected when warming up before i hit my whistle register.

  • @lathanregintree lol who cares about that i can go from D2 -D6 and Eb6 when fully warmed up on a great day

  • @DreamloverLambi1

One can have a huge range, but if the musicianship is lacking...there's no use...

  • @primohomme lol i understand that

  • @DreamloverLambi1

One huge example is Georgia Brown...huge range, higher than Mariah in range, but dreadful singer and musician.

  • @primohomme lol horrible all of her fans screaming about her hitting a G10 or something like that

  • @DreamloverLambi1 Really? That's amazing! What's your voice type?

  • @MrButler124 base :)

  • @DreamloverLambi1 wow! amazing!!!! D2 though? Heeeeccccckkkkkk naw. I'm more impressed with that than the Eb6(but you being a Bass and able to hit and sustain I'm aasunming with control and ease is amazing). Did you train to do it or is that your natural range?

  • @MrButler124 naw lol i wish i had that naturally its been years of progress and scales and warm ups and lessons and i haven't quite sustained the Eb i can hit it the last notes i can sustain is C#6 - D6 so im still working on it ive hit an E6 a couple of times tho

  • @DreamloverLambi1 Ooooh I see. That's very amazing though! Kudos! I know! I myself am still practicing to increase my chest range. Shoooot I wanna be able to at least belt some note in the 5th octave with power, ease, and resonance. But maaanannn it took me years to be able tosing in the whislte register. hmm I always laughed in it so I thougt if I can laugh in it, then I can sing with it...That was 4years ago and now I have some control of it. Practive makes perfect! you are a super bass!

  • @MrButler124 lmao thats funny because before i started lessons it sounded like a squeak now i laugh higher whistles then i actually hit its weird lol

  • @DreamloverLambi1 I think maybe because when we laugh, we're using our diaphram the mouth is wide open, and the throat is open to so maybe that's why. Heck I'm just guessing hahaha.. It's funny because at first my friends we're like "Ok that sounds like a tea pot" but now their like "That's just whislting" Soo I take it as improving. I'm tryin to add more volume to it and power. I even talk in it from time to time. It's fun. Are you in choir or something?

  • @DreamloverLambi1

That little girl is bragging about her supposed 7 octave range and can't come up with a single recording to show us, LMAO.

Anyway, 4 octaves is pretty good! My own range (without whistle) is C#2 to D6 (in mix) and sometimes even up to G#6 using a pure baby-soprano quasi-falsetto head voice, and with whistle I've touched C8 but can't really SING the note, I feel most comfortable going to maybe E7 or F7. Of course, that is extreme range, in 3 octave range is more comfy :P

  • @primohomme bitch do not ever try and come for me hoe b/c u cant,LOL i sing belts that shut whistle register down, i am a mix of mariah carey range with patti labelle power can u say te same? HELL NO,LOL lathan reigntree check my fan page on fb. newly signed recording artist/song writer :-D

  • @lathanregintree

I am not the mix of anyone, I am completely original ME :) Can you say the same?

And again, I want receipts, if you were so damn good you should have at least 1 demo song, no? so? show us!

  • @primohomme like i said b4 u will buy off itunes when my album comes out so like my fan pg if u want and stay updated or u can book me and request a sample after u have paid the booking fee seeing as i have performed and arealdy have a semi established name in the atl and nyc as a up and coming singwriter and power house vocalist. being ur self dosent mean shit if are not getting any where, lol i am beingmy self but i cant help who ppl compare me to,LMFAO that in it self says alot!!

  • @primohomme lmao that bitch is done... f7 damn i would kill to go into the seventh octave range idk maybe someday i hope and c8 is outta this world lol

  • @DreamloverLambi1

The C8 I got is more like a slide in a warm up, not something I could truly sing :P

But E7 and sometimes F7, yeah if well rested...but more consistantly perhaps Bb6.

  • @MrButler124 honestly i don't really care much for voice type just because ive been told so many things i remember i was told by director i was a tenor before that this lady told me i had a medium voice i was wtf? lol i say bass cause low notes are pretty easy i can belt up to G#5 then i go into mix and i would say Eb5 is the middle for me and when i speak its usually around Bb2 - C#3 its confusing lol i know

  • @DreamloverLambi1 Yeah freshmen year in highschool my music teacher was like "You're a Tenor, I can tell by the way you speak" and now she's like "You're a budding Baritone but you don't yet have the power in your low notes" soo I'mma just call myself a Tenor hahaha it is confusing! Woooow you speak that low? Got dang! wait you can belt a freakin G#5!!!? No wait, better question, you can SING a G#5 without it sounding horrid or rockish?

  • @MrButler124 lol ive been singing mariah carey since i was 7 im 19 now i think that gave some kind of advantage in singing especially belting and i forgot to say when im sick my speaking voice is around bb2 but normal voice is like c#3 - d3 then again who really focuses on what notes they hit when speaking so it can range from a bunch

  • @DreamloverLambi1 wowwwww 12 years of Mariah and before your voice changed! you lucky son of a biscuit eating bulldog!!!! hahhaa I only started like in 08(when I really became a fan of hers) so I'm 15(bot to turn 16) been singing her songs for 4 years now, but that waw after my voice changed. And then it took me a miunte to realize that I was singing an octanve below her, so all my belts were in the fourth octave hahahahahah. Coolll!

  • @DreamloverLambi1 My speaking voice is upper third-upper fourth. Plus I constantly slid into falsetto/HV when speaking when I get suprised excited or whatever and then whistle when I get frustrated hahahaha. My choir friends and people call me Mariah cause of the high notes I can hit and sing. fun. but I'm more determined to increase my chest range. Oooooo speaking of chest, have you heard Adele's now? That surgery did something cause it's darker now but stronger.

  • @MrButler124

Actually, I think Adele (at the Grammys) sang a lot cleaner than she used to sing :)

She is getting voice lessons and it shows, her voice production is improving

  • @primohomme oooohy is that what it is? Well your're right she soundzs a lot cleanrer, very very good. Its amazing!

  • @MrButler124

Because after throat surgery she was forced to take voice lessons and learn to sing again

  • @primohomme Well I'm glad. Now we will shall see even more greatness from her(vocally). But that rasp is gone now, I've noticed that. I think people will miss that

  • @MrButler124

I certainly won't miss it, I don't like raspy voices whatsoever, UNLESS done for a particular effect...but not in the voice itself...I don't think raspiness happens naturally, it involves some "dirtiness" in the voice.

  • @primohomme What really!!!? I mean Mariah's voice is naturally raspy/husky...but you probably don't like that. Rasp is natural though, I mean if you think about it, no matter what one does, if it's natural the rasp will not go away. Haley Reinhart is a perfect example of thiss, heck even my voice gets raspy/husky at a certain time in the day...it's cool heeee.

  • @MrButler124

Mariah's voice is not raspy, it's husky, big big difference

And rasp is never "natural", it happens because of smoking, things we eat, how someone sings, etc.

It's a quality in the voice that I think could be used for effect, but should be the defining characteristic of a voice, I think a vocalist should aim to produce a clean sound...adding "rasp" for effect if the music requires it, but not taking the rasp as something constant in the voice, it shouldn't be at all.

  • @DreamloverLambi1 honey i ment without warming up,lol my vocal range e2-d8 operaticlly trained stratospheric soprano and that is every day,LOL and i just got signed to columbia records fan page lathan reigntree on face book. i am also writing for a few main stream artist right now and i model. get on my lvl.

  • @lathanregintree

You receipts for all these claims you are making, sweetie?

Let us at least hear a recording of you displaying your range, please...

I mean, I have recordings of mine using a full (and more than) 5 octave range, so...

I imagine if you are signed to a major label you have at least a demo showing your range we could hear, no?

  • @primohomme bitch first of all i just saw ur message i do not troll youtube like u,LOL and im 21. and no u will not get a free listen u will pay fo rmy album when it comes out this summer!LOL get on my lvl ohh wait u cant..so sad to bad :-D and i will be performing at the atl undergroud music awards so why dont u show up. you couldt come for my vocals on my worse day,lol even tired i can still belt g5 effortlessly bet u cant say the same,LMFAO

  • @lathanregintree

Actually, even tired I can belt out G5...and I'm a man...in full rested voice I can belt out D6...and the male voice sits a whole octave below the female voice, so my D6 in mixed voice become a BELTED D7 if compared to a woman's, not whistle register but HEAD VOICE, and since I have touched C8 (and again, the male voice sits an octave below the female voice) my C8 becomes C9 for a woman, can you say the same? No? Oops. Have a seat *files nails*.

  • @primohomme yea keep lieing to ur self, lol when the machien actuallly says u are singing a c9 then we can talk but until then u can tak ea seat 100 rows behind me :-D my notes are fully cnnected, higher ,and lighter with more power and agility. u obviously od not undrstand vocal's,lol just b/c ur voice sits lower dosent mean that if u were female u would hit higher note's lol i am operaticlly trained so i know my info which u seem to not.

  • @lathanregintree

You are the one who doesn't understand vocals :) the male voice (the tenor, baritone, bass) sit a whole octave below the female voice, so a female hitting C6 is the equivalent of a male hitting C5. In the same way, a male hitting C8 is the equivalent of a female hitting C9.

And just for the record, here's my C8.

    /watch?v=M13oWHR5HMo

  • @primohomme excuse my spelling error's if you do not mind :) this convo is over as a soon to be established artist i can not have heated or none heated convo's on youtube. i respectfully bow out. feel free to reply with what ever you wish i m done. have a nice night, day or morn.

  • @lathanregintree

Sweetie, No receipts = No one cares

I see you are most likely schizophrenic as you also claim to be from british aristocracy, LMAO. Poor thing, go take your meds :)

  • @primohomme check my fan page hoe if u want to book me and pay to hear me i dont do shit for free. my manager number is on there.

  • @lathanregintree lol wow you mad huh? for you to even get this worked up instead of focusing on your (supposed) range how about getting your head checked lol because for you to possess so much anger and negativity over something like this boggles my mind sweetheart LYM.

  • @DreamloverLambi1

I think it is actually a transexual...anyway, it's obviously a loony, if you look at its profile it claims to be from British royal family, LMAO.

  • @DreamloverLambi1 lowest note e2, highest belt c6, and highest note d8. check my an page bio,LOL ur range i snothing compared ot mine.

  • @DreamloverLambi1 i am a lamb as well so im going to be nice to u but any body else would have been shut down. how dare some body with their highest note being a eb6 try and come for my 6-7 octave voice that shit is laughble. i can belt my d6 and take down a eb6 whistle note, lol

  • Comment removed

  • who is squeeking like a rat? christina?

  • @primohomme All of them are excellent and Jennifer Hudson has showed no obvious decline, nor have Patti or Aretha. And nearly all singers' vocals decline to a degree, even Celine and Mariah.

  • There's also a clip on Youtube somewhere of her doing the same vocal warm ups and more before performing (B2B era) where she was hitting every note perfectly with great intonation. And the video of her recording Impossible with Alicia Keys where they shared warm up exercises.

  • @primohomme Not every stan does that. I sure as hell dont. But we attack when we feel like our fav is being attacked and when we feel like they shouldn't be talking because THEIR fav is nothing to brag about. What stans do has nothing to do with the singer.

  • @THEXtinafan101

Not what you do? And I quote "i dont care what any haters have to say about her voice. They're all idiot cunts".

You start shit and you'll get shit back, you can respect someone else's opinion so yours won't be respected either.

  • @primohomme Why the hell do you care? If you DONT like her or her voice why are you always watching her videos? why? That makes no sense. No one wants to see all this negative bullshit her videos. I just dont get why you dont take your ass else where if you dont like her voice.

  • @THEXtinafan101

Simple, her stans praise her as if she was the greatest singer ever, yet she is full of vocal issues often found on amateurs. Her stans constantly harass and stalk whoever points out that she is not really a great singer from a technical point, and they constantly talk trash about other singers trying to make her look better.

It is her stans who started the negativity, it has simply bounced back to them now.

  • @primohomme Btw, you said "I'm not as pathetic as you..." basically implying that you ARE pathetic. Just thought I'd point that out :) And you have to admit at least she's made the slightest bit of improvment.

  • @primohomme its not that you're important sweetie, I'll be quick to tell you other wise. Its just that as I was saying, i see you on so many Xtina videos talking shit and I see it so often. Xtina has alot of haters but I remember only one cunt who devotes their time to be on her videos, just because i see your dumb comments. And you have no memory of me because everyday more and more Xtina fans are hot on your ass for being ignorant.

  • @THEXtinafan101

Ignorant about what? LOL, I criticize her singing based on knowledge of the science of singing. If anyone is ignorant is her stans thinking screaming and straining and going all over off pitch is great singing.

  • @primohomme lmao so YOU say. I see you on so many Christina videos. Its PATHETIC. If i can remember talking to you before on Xtina videos and im talking to you again that says something. Its sad but im used to seeing you on alot of her videos talking shit. And believe me I DO see you on ALOT of her videos. All i can do is say cunt, shake my head and keep scrolling. You're THE most pathetic person i ever seen. Btw, her voice IS getting better. Her Christmas performance proves it.

  • @THEXtinafan101

I guess I'm not as pathetic as you, because I'm important enough for you to remember me, but I have no memory of you whatsoever :)

Anyways, she has made BABY STEPS in improving her singing, she still strains quite a bit and her intonation is problematic, as her Christmas performance proves it.

  • @primohomme It's ironic, she was a bright talent, and she affected the musically world, I hope if they do a tribute to her, they don't have the noise singing, she destroyed enough of Etta's music when she was alive

  • @primohomme RIP Etta

  • @SuperPianogirl123

I know! so bad of me...I said that cruel thing about her a day before she died :/

  • @primohomme first of all, nobody was talking to you...IDIOT CUNT. i was talking about haters in general. you spend your days watching Christina videos when you dont like her. YOU HAVE NO LIFE. And she has been getti.g vocal lessons, so you feel stupid.

  • @THEXtinafan101

Not really you RETARD CUMDUMPSTER, I don't spend time on her except when I want a quick laugh.

Oh yeah, she is taking lessons..but she still sounds awful, still straining, still going flat.

  • #legendtina i dont care what any haters have to say about her voice. They're all idiot cunts. IDC IDC IDC <3

  • @THEXtinafan101

Retarded cunts such as yourself are the ones who keep Cuntina Piguilera screaming off key like a pig being dragged to the slaughter house, instead of demanding that she fixes her vocal issues before her voice is completely gone.

  • @primohomme No wonder her throat caves in so much when she tries to belt LMAO.

  • @primohomme Hmmm, an earlier case of Charice Syndrome, aka. Low Larynx?

  • @TheZenomeProject

Yes, but not larynx-stably-low which is necessary for an open throat

    More like larynx-shoved-down-so-low-she-is-gonna-swallow-it

  • @primohomme Hockyluv21 here with a new account. What I just find so interesting is how different her vocal tone and timbre sound in this warmup session compare to how people generally think it sounds. In a way, I feel that her real singing voice may not as drastically different from her speaking voice as many people think.

  • @TheZenomeProject

That's a very good observation...Indeed, her voice is not naturally huge and dark as her stans would like to think, she was in her teens and early 20's a lyric soprano instrument, then with time her voice has grown and settled in a lower placement as a lyric mezzo.

In a way, like Marilyn Horne...except that Marilyn Horne is a fantastic singer.

  • that???

  • while i`m happy for u,if its your dream i do wish u the best, but christina record contract is far more legit than britney and rihanna,no 1 has ever been"how did christina got her contract"? brit and the rest have been questioned alot of times. No 1 will be hyped the next whitney or mariah just like that,it means u are really good, her only problem was not maintaining vocal training, but she literally built a career and name 4 herself based on her raw natural singing voice,so hats off 2 her.

  • @pilotboy86

Yes, some people are hyped, mainly by their record company...Ron Fair hyped the hell out of her but she never lived up to expectations.

And FYI, Christina took more than 4 years to land a record deal, while Britney did it in 3

So your argument that having a record deal equals being great has been dragged.

  • @primohomme yes she took longer to get a record deal than britney, but at that point in time the music industry really started changing in the sense it was more about image and not so much vocal talent although back then during the whole teen pop explosion u still had some talented ppl oppose to now.I will not say she didn`t live up to the hype bcuz up and til today whenever she takes the stage the audience pays attention to her voice the only thing ppl can hold aginst her is technique .

  • @pilotboy86

Is not just the lack of technique, but the general poor musicianship which shows up in her oversinging and bad intonation.

  • @primohomme i disagree ,she is 1 of the very few singers who can interpret a song beautifully and still make it her own(covers)i think u are about technicality and yes u have to be a bit technical but its about singing from the heart,i`ve heard ppl cover her songs but never able to emote her emotions,i`ve listened to you sing and yes u are very technical but no emotions what so ever,so i think its a matter of taste and preference, she`s not to technical but there`s sth abt that voice of hers.

  • @pilotboy86

Sure, let's go all feeling and not worryabout the technicalities, and if we sing flat or sharp or strained or unsupported it doesn't matter, right? No...

Callas said "in the art of singing all emotion and no intellect makes you not a serious artist but a wild animal".

Emotion/Interpretation and beauty of tone are issues of personal opinion. Pitch, timing, etc are not, so though you could argue in your taste X is a good singer, it can be demonstrated with facts she is just soso.

  • @primohomme i never said not too worry abt technicalities, yes its good to be technical, but there is sth abt her voice that really gets my attention in a good way, like beyonce who is technically skilled due to vocal training for eg does nothing 4 me vocally even though i acknowledge her technicals but at the end of the day its all abt personal taste

  • @pilotboy86

And that is up to personal opinion

Christina's voice does nothing for me, there's a few songs (maybe 4 or 5) where I can listen to her singing and it's alright, mainly where she is crooning in the mid-low range...the rest? it just makes me nerveous, her singing...I just don't find it enjoyable for MY TASTE. She was good in her first album, yes, but after that...I just can't stand listening to her.

  • @primohomme respect your personal opinion

  • @primohomme She Is A GREAT VOCALIST. Question. If You Hate Her So Bad Why Are Uploading Vids Of Her? Why do you comment on her performances? And If She Wasnt A Great Vocalist She Wouldnt Be Where Shes At Now. And Other Exellent Vocalist Wouldnt Praise Her For Her Vocals.

  • @AnonymousXtinaSinger

Rihanna and Britney are more successful when it comes to sales

Are they great vocalists? No, fame and sales have nothing to do with actual vocal ability.

And what excellent vocalists have praised her? Only Whitney at the height of her drug use and before Christina's vocal decline.

  • @primohomme whitney at the height of her drug use lol,hun about 2 yrs ago on a radio station whitney praised chris again, then u got celine, patti, andrea, mick jagger, steven tyler and tony benette just to name a few really amazing vocalist.

  • @pilotboy86

Whitney was still suing drugs 2 years ago, only now has she cleaned up her act, that's a fact. But that's not my point, my point is no great vocalist has praised her past her vocal decline, because Celine and Andrea are NOT great vocalists, Celine can sing but has her own vocal issues and Andrea is simply a guy whose voice was too tiny and his technique too flawed to sing REAL opera.

And Patti praised her in "Lady Marmalade", again, before her voice declined.

  • @primohomme dude seriously u truly sound like an ass,Andrea can`t sing real opera?Well blow me the fuck down, have u listen to yourself singing wise?U have 0 creds to be criticizing any1 vocally especially the incredible celine and andrea, may i ask what real vocalists are u talking about?

  • @pilotboy86

LMAO, do you even know any name in the world of opera besides Pavarotti? LMAO

Andrea tried singing real opera in the late 90's, he was almost laughed off stage because of how small his voice is and his lack of technique, you can find reviews of his operatic engagements online.

Celine Dion is a famous singer, not a GREAT singer, she sings with a great deal of nasality and improper register coordination.

Whitney was still on drugs two years ago, that's a FACT!

  • @primohomme again u don`t know shit,u run around here on u tube like a little drain rat talking shit out of your ass acting as though u are so musically knowledgable when in fact u aren`t even an accomplished musician/singer,sounding like bulk winkle getting fucked up his ass and then u try to discredit others?Child go do something better with your life because the only thing u seem to have accomplish in your pathetic life is a fucking u tube account(s)

  • @pilotboy86

I am musically knowledge and I am an accomplished vocalist

How many male vocalists can you name that can sing down to bass with power and resonance and up to high tenor totally effortless, and even go up to soprano high C in full head voice and access the whistle register overall covering more than 5 octaves, and further more keep flexibility and precise intonation across their whole range?

  • @primohomme lol way to make me feel bad! jk ;)

  • @CareemBrownMusic

Not my intention, but these ho's come for me I will snatch their cheap sally's beauty supplies wigs...synthetic thread by synthetic thread.

  • @primohomme It's okay, I understand why you retaliate. I was actually joking in regards to the whole "You tell me what MALE singer can sing so and so.." You named all that you could do, and I was like "Well, I don't whistle and my low range is no where near as powerful as his is! lol" I was just goofing :)

  • @CareemBrownMusic

Well, what you do you do very nicely, and you have a different style than mine, you do more R&B which is something I haven't gone into, you are like a male Beyonce :) and I'm more like a male mixture of Monica Naranjo and Yma Sumac.

  • @primohomme That means so much coming from you :) I feel that my lower range is like a 6 year old attempting Barry White (after a certain point) I don't have a naturally deep voice though (Not that that really matters). Thats just the way it is, and we DO have different styles and I love the Beyonce comparison :) She's a great singer. I feel that you and I will continue to grow because we strive for the best, just an observation ;)

  • @primohomme and yet the furthest u have reached is u yube and still u aren`t accomplished,yeah..............

  • @pilotboy86

I am 23, I can play several instruments and produce full songs from the ground up without need of anyone else in the process of producing, arranging, composing, playing instruments, recording, mixing and mastering. I would say that's quite accomplished at my age, considering I also have 2 college degrees at my age.

But that's not the point, the point is that fame does not equal vocal ability or musicianship, if that was the case then Rihanna would be the best singer ever

  • @primohomme yet the furthest u have reached is u tube.Christina is a natural vocalist ,she has alot to offer without vocal training and has literally build her career and made a name for herself as well as garnering tons of respect for her voice without vocal training,Its like this your voice sounds horrible even though u may have a good vocal range but i`m sure if u strip away your vocal trainng u would soud far worst than her bcuz she sounds naturally better than u,just saying.

  • @pilotboy86

A voice that strains constantly and goes off key a lot will never sound better than a voice that is free, resonant and in tune.

And no, even I was 13 and couldn't sing well in tune I still had a bigger comfort range than Christina and never screamed in the wretched way she does.

And finally, if you think fameequals vocak ability then you must agree Britney, Rihanna, Madonna, etc are better singers than Christina.

PS: My voice is at least unique :) X's? Not much.

  • @primohomme u see rhi mad and brit aren`t known for thier voices, christina is known for her voice which makes her much more legitimate than the said 3,she got her fame bcuz of her voice,u talk alot but u are stuck on u tube,if u are so gr8 why don`t u have a record contract as yet rather than only criticizing others who are known for thier voices, just sayin

  • @pilotboy86

Again, your logic is flawed, she was PROMOTED AND HYPED as the next Whitney/Mariah, did she live up to the hype? Not at all.

And FYI, I just finished my demo last month, and I already got a performance at SXSW lined up :) so record contract? "soon soon". But my main objective is being a great vocalist and great artist in my own way, if I only cared about selling I wouldn't do MY kind of music, I would copy whoever is more relevant as Christina has always done.

  • @primohomme i don`t think she copies any1,with stripped she broke away from her peers & did sth different so with b2b which wasn`t a conventional album yet it worked for her, bionic yes she followed the trend & it back fired. In terms of doing my own music, every genre already exsist so its not like an artist can come out there and create a new genre they can mesh it together but thats abt it,to me it has to be your voice, sth that makes it stand out from the rest, imo is the legit form of orginality

  • @pilotboy86 nope 2 yrs ago whitney was back with her new album which went #1,celine is 1 of the greatest singers of all time ,don`t tell any1 else otherwise in thier face cuz they`ll punch u,andrea is 1 of the greatest after pavarotti,my god u knows absolutely nothing about music/singing.U come here and use a few phrases and words and u think u are all that.Dude seriously what makes u such an expert to talk about celine and andrea?

  • @primohomme and Celine. and Patti. And Aretha. And Etta.

  • @xtinaluver1

Etta is an alcoholic heroine addict with old age dementia, her judgement can't be trusted.

Celine, even her fans mock how she seems to love anybody

Patti, she has said herself she cannot be mean and judge someone's singing, but when asked by Andy Cohen who her favorite female vocalists are...X was not mentioned.

Aretha, she said "Christina was feeling it", that's hardly a praise to her vocal ability.

  • @primohomme lol just stop with these excuses

  • @primohomme Celine Dion, Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Cher, Patti Labelle, Patti Smith, Jennifer Hudson... Need more names?

  • @chenjunyang

Again, which one of them is an excellent vocalist and has praised her singing post vocal decline?

  • @primohomme Cher, Aretha and J-Hud praised her in 2010/2011. Can't remember when Celine praised her, maybe around 2008...

  • @chenjunyang

Cher is not really a vocalist. Celine and Jennifer are far from excellent as they have their own technical issues such as bad intonation (jhud), nasality (celine) and improper register coordination (both of them). Aretha said "I liked Christina, she was feeling it" now how is that praising her vocal ability? If anything is praising her interpretative skill, not vocals.

  • Technique Wise, Beyonce Is The Best In The Game. To Me Beyonce NEVER Shouts All Of Beyonce Notes Has Vibrato. And if They Dont Then She Felt Like They Didnt Need It. Christina Is An Exellent Vocalist Not Technique Wise But Sound And Tone Wise Yes. Thats The Only Thing Most Singers Have On Christina ( Technique ) Most lack The Power , Breathe Support Etc. Christina and Beyonce Are Vocal BEAST

  • @AnonymousXtinaSinger

Power? A powerful voice doesn't become coarse and distorted when going loud.

Breathe support? She can't even hold a high note now without going flat.

She is not a great vocalist AT ALL, she had possibility when she first came out

Now she just barks and brays like a constipated donkey dying of a heart attack

  • @primohomme yet u are addicted to her voice because u are always listening t her,u calim u are from the US and u act as though u have all the vocal knowledge and u can sing yet with so many singing competitions out there like idol, xfactor and the voice we don`t see nor hear u,let me guess u are way to accomplished for those shows?

  • @AnonymousXtinaSinger

Her tone is what makes her better? LMAO

If tone is the best she has to give she is still subpar, as there are a bunch of sound-a-likes who actually can sing without all that strain and more in tune, for example:

Rachel Lampa, Stacie Orrico, Barbara Munoz, Jooyi from Rania, Josh Strickland (even a DUDE can sound like her tone wise).

  • Y'all fucking ho's better stop their pitty shit fights before I take off my lacefront and my heels and whoop all y'alls assess.

  • @primohomme haha...just do it

  • @primohomme Lmao, you're amazing, haha.

  • @ManOfBamboo Yeah, I am not the one chucking insults around so I guess I am the more intelligent one here or maybe you are just mad?Maybe I should just give the baby back the bottle now and save the crying later on.You are clearly mad because I am intelligent enough to form my own opinion .Not a shock considering your company but like I said, I really don't care.I will continue saying what I want, when I want and there is nothing any of you can do about it.Cya xxxx

  • @Breniznit Oh, my bad. I guess chucking insults around is easy when one is dealing with a biased, misinformed tool with little substance in his arguments. Mad? Nahhh, you're not good enough at trolling to make me mad, although I know that you used to troll BZBlaner and Chimier. You... "Intelligent"? You changed your argument half way through our conversation because you knew that you were wrong in your original statement LMFAO! You don't even know how to "reply" YouTube for crying out loud! XD

  • @Breniznit And I too will continue to say what I want, when I want.

    You. Are. A. Cunt. :D

    Cheers! XD

  • @ManOfBamboo LMAO< i'd love continue this.

Man, you're dumber than jessica simpson.

  • @kellyclarksonismygd Yet I am still smarter than you are. Ohhh, fuck.

On another note, though: who the hell asked you LOL? Should you not be praising that overweight has-been lesbian that you call your idol? XD

  • @ManOfBamboo Oh dear. Talk about delusion. I still recall the moronic comments you posted in the C6 video. Never misses when I want an extra laugh. Furthermore, I just want to sweep the floor with your weave. When talking to has-beens. Your favorite comes to mind instantly. Flopping her meat curtains into oblivion. Had to pretend she's having a baby to make head lines. N'awww. Throatoncy needs to know her place amongst true belters.

  • @kellyclarksonismygd You are seriously calling MY comments moronic? What about the fact that you borderline stalked BZBlaner and stardusth2o all because they said that Kelly did not belt a C6? Or when you attempted to discredit a G#5 belt by Beyonce only to be publicly embarrassed by stardusth2o as he proved your accusations/claims to be false. "Laughing"? Why would you be laughing when YOU are the inferior person in this conversation? LMFAO, oooh dear! Beyonce ain't my fave either... OOOPS! XD

  • @ManOfBamboo I did not stalk anybody you fool. What are you on about? Just because I got his facebook means I'm stalking people too. Is that what it takes to get in your boat of crazy huh?

  • @kellyclarksonismygd BAHAHAHA! Yes bitch, yes you did. I recall seeing you on every BZBlaner video that was about Kelly, I think I read a comment about you opening several different YouTube accounts JUST so that you could talk to BZBlaner. You got his facebook? Oh dear, 'nuff said. XD

  • @ManOfBamboo I only posted in Bzblaner's video once. It was deleted. Are you sure you're not mistaking me by someone else?

  • @kellyclarksonismygd Mistaking you for somebody else? Like who, another one of your YouTube accounts? Please FOOL: please do NOT pretend that you only commented on BZBlaner's Kelly video once. You even stopped me from commenting on your videos --- AFTER you responded to a comment of mine on one of your videos because you were too damn scared to have any kind of conversation with me --- which indicates that you are a cowardly cunt that will only argue with people on his own grounds. #LIFE XD

  • @ManOfBamboo ^_^

  • @stardusth2o LOL XD

  • @ManOfBamboo whats wrong with being a lesbian?

  • @DreamloverLambi1 He's probably homophobic and racist too. :/

  • @kellyclarksonismygd Homophobic? No, never: some of the greatest people that I know are openly and proudly gay, and I support them like family. Racist? Bitch, you can go STRAIGHT to hell ROFL! I am the single most anti-racist person on here, and considering my biracial heritage, who could I possibly be racist to? Being half black and half white (a racial MIX) makes it pretty hard to hate other races. Mind you, I HAVE had confrontations with racist Christina and Kelly stans (like yourself XD).

  • @DreamloverLambi1 Did I say that there was anything wrong with being homosexual? Nope. But I know that calling Kelly things like that gets her annoying ass stans pressed. Anyhow, leave me the fuck alone. I lost all respect for you when (even though you yourself are black LOL) you attempted to brush off the fact that many Christina stans that have appeared in the commenting sections of these videos have been racist toward black singers and called black YouTube users "niggers"...

  • Comment removed

  • @kellyclarksonismygd

Nope, I referenced Kelly being a lesbian to get under your skin, and it apparently worked LOL. Who says that I was following your YouTube activity? Oh Lawd, I was done with you by the time in which you blocked me from commenting on your videos AFTER replying to me on one of them (which, for the record, shows that you were in fear of having your ass handed to you... AGAIN LMFAO XD). If I am so irrelevant, then why are you still here... talking TO ME? Oh. :/

  • @ManOfBamboo Wait, how does that not make your statement homophobic? I'm gay. I have no problem if Kelly is in fact a lesbian. I find it beyond hilarious the fact that you even admitted that your wrote a homophobic comment just to get "under my skin" and still claim it as an innocent drag. Oh dear. You're beyond retarded. Perhaps borderline is a better adjective.

  • @kellyclarksonismygd Because I was not using the word "lesbian" in hateful context; I threw that word into my description of Kelly because it was inevitably going to get you mad, and was I wrong? Nope. In fact, you are probably that same racist Kelly stan that insulted Beyonce for wearing blond weave "even though she is black". Borderline/Retarded? You stalked people (and had your ass handed to BY those people), yet you throw words like "borderline"/"retarded" at ME? BAHAHAHA! XD

  • @ManOfBamboo first of all im not just black but that really doesn't matter i didn't brush off anything it was irrelevant to what i said u brought it up about people are gonna say whatever they want there's nothing you can do about it and i don't think its that serious for you to be cursing telling me to leave you the fuck alone when i asked a simple question not even in a negative way but whatever i didn't know u felt this strongly about it im sorry you feel this way i let all of that go.

  • @DreamloverLambi1 "Feel this way"? I do not "feel" any way LOL, I just lost a lot of respect for you when you actually defended some Christina stans on that video, some of them the same buffoons that used to tell call me a "dirty nigger". I mean, I thought that you were better than that, and considering how much I enjoyed your videos, I thought that it was a shame that could just ignore half of the shit that Christina stans have said to me and others regarding race... but whatever, I am over it.

  • @ManOfBamboo what im trying to say is i think there was a communication problem no i didnt mean for it to come across as me defending them i simply said it can go both ways meaning the insanity of her stans and the insanity of her haters
