only one question: you add slow motion directly from demo smoother or from sony vegas ?

Directly from the demo smoother. Just re-run the demo and modify the speed that your demo's going to play at, then play it back and fraps it, but if you export it to an AVI, it will export it in full speed, so you'll then have to use a video editor to slow it down.

Open up the game the demo was recorded in, like Half Life 2, Counter Strike Source etc, and hold down Shift and press F2 to bring up the demo menu.

how do u convert ur demo to a usable type so u can use it in movie maker and other movie making programs.. it says the file format "demo" is unknown...
