#1 I would not torchure the dog, for it knows not what it has done. yet putting it to sleep would be manditory in my eyes #2 I would pray every day for the 4 children that went astray, and trust that God has a plan #3 I would make it widely known & advertise like crazy #4 I would make sure they still had access to my mesage & pray that 1 day they would understnd. #5 I would cause a scene in their life until they realized I was there! Thank you that gave me insight in where God was comming from!
#1 is a retard question; dogs go by instinct and would not understand why its in pain due to their inability to think like humans; humans are such morons they deserve eternal punishment.
God is holy. God thinks holy thoughts 24/7. To get holy we must trust in God and not lean on our own understanding. That is where faith comes at. Without faith in God, why should he have faith in you? God is holy and all his ways are the best ways. God loves us and gave us a way to him. It is not impossible. If it were impossible to go to heaven I would not try and I would just keep sinning. He said strive to enter and endure till the end. Try your best and trust in him daily to do his will.
@Strangerinasland Well God is holy. God does not think like man, nor is mans thoughts above God. There is no understanding God's holy ways. God gave us us son to believe in and follow. That is God's way of loving us. God loves you man. Give God a chance. He will honor your attempt if you are willing to turn to Christ with all your heart. He will definitely do it. He won't just make someone pay who seeks him and really wants to get out of sin. That person will find what they are looking for.
@Strangerinasland So whenever you are ready he is willing. Jesus Christ is the only way to holyness. I beg you to think about it and consider. This is your eternity and Jesus Christ is your saviour if you are willing. God bless,.
@boywhoy88 Saying God is holy & God thinks holy thoughts is not stating anything. God is God. Oh really!?! Does someone think God is not God? Maybe they think dogs are not dogs & water is not water. Only way to holyness = only way to be like God. I do not want to be like that nasty sadistic insecure bully. Why would anyone? No 1 is my saviour, regardless of whether I am willing. I do not need a saviour.
@Strangerinasland Ok suit yourself. God still loves you. He made a way for us to have eternity with him and not burn forever in the lake of fire. And that way is Jesus Christ. Seek him for peace of mind and peace with your fellow man. Love him for his holy ways that save the world. He is waiting for you whenever you are ready.
@boywhoy88 I am not suiting myself. Are you? I cannot believe in something that does not exist. HOW can you? If it did exist, I cannot follow such cruel immoral ways. HOW can you? Your imaginary fiend made a way for us to have eternity without it and burn forever in the lake of fire. That is despicable. Why do you call it he? Does it have a penis?
Why do Christians keep saying OT laws are not to be followed? Mathew:5 verses 17-18 Jesus said the law was to be followed? Much of Deut: is about killing and pillaging, killing all living people even the young children, but thank God That God was more merciful in Numbers chapter 31: 17-18, he did tell them to leave young virgins unharmed and take them as your wives. Would your teen daughter willingly sleep with a man who murdered you and your entire family? No, that means Rape, ordered by God
1. I would probably torture it for a few years until I have felt closure or realizing that this dog's pain would not bring my son/daughter back. So its like C. 2. I would just allow them to believe as they wish, and try to get them to join in holidays with me or I will join them with their holidays. So my answer is similar to D. 3. D makes the most sense to me. 4. Well my answer to 3 makes 4 kinda not needed but D because it might still happen. 5. Probably A or B. Btw Im becoming agnostic.
@praisegodpraisejesus He is loving, that's why he died for us on the cross as jesus christ our lord and saviour, would you sacrifice yourself in a slow, painful and horrible death to save the world?
@PraiseGODpraiseJESUS Ok let me get this straight. You claim that jesus died for us and sacrificed himself for us right? So jesus died, then he came back to life and went to a extremely happy place called heaven. Thats not a sacrifice at all. Your whole bible is full of contradictions, inconsistencies, errors, murder, torture, immorality, human sacrifice, myths, fantasies, etc.
Im tired of stupid people believing in a 2000 year old book full of bronze-aged myths. WAKE UP to reality!
No.1 Contradiction in the bible: what time of day and which day of the week did Jesus get crucified ? It depends which gospel you read. One says the day before passover, another on the day. Anybody got a better one ?
I'm not sure if I'm wasting my time in answering your questions, as you seem to be an extremely close-minded individual who has had his beliefs challenged at a young age, probably embarrassed at his lack of knowledge, and now as a result you are lashing back at Christians who have the peace of mind that you have yet to find. Regardless, your questions are loaded and illogical. A dog does not have the same way of reasoning that a man would, therefore you would obviously not torute the dog at all
@Bman8221 The positions I take are based on 40 years as a believing christian, 10 years research into the origins of the bible and christianity. My questions are based on the character of the bible god as revealed in the bible. It is nice to know that you would torture a person but not a dog. Your christianity seems to have effected your humanity, empathy, intelligence and justice. I would not torture anyone for any time period at all. Your god will torture folks he claims to love for EVER.
@Bman8221 Mathew 5: 17-18. Deuteronomy, pretty much all the ones abut Jericho and invading other cities, Numbers 31: all of it except pay close attention to 17 and 18. These are a few verses in a book full of a god who tells people to take slaves, and to rape and to mindlessly kill humans who are just in the wrong place, and who claims the smell of animal blood is sweet to him... Don't answer me until you have verified these claims, then tell me do you still want to believe in such a God.
@Bman8221 im not sure if your wasting your time behing a dumbass on a persons video if you cant answer these questions then leave other wise your just behing a idoit you seem real close minded my friend you you need to stop beliving in imaginary friends then you must not think for your self sence you have a god
@TransformerslNC That was not the verse or teaching this question addresses. More relevant are Matt 25:41 [Jesus] Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels.
Also Revelation 20:10,12,15, 14:11, Luke 12:5, Matt 18:8-9
BTW on what basis and evidence do you claim the Deut 21 directive to stone children was never executed?
@Netwriter THAT I would like to know as well, because I kinda would like to believe that it never was. Probably because it was too sick even for most Old Israelites.
1) Wouldn't torture the dog at all. As a human, I'd be angry. Furious in fact, as that was my child. But it's just an animal, and I wouldn't torture a ladder if my son fell off a ladder. And I wouldn't blow torch it, I'd just put it down with a gun because it's a dangerous beast, and I wouldn't let it live to hurt another human being. Honestly, this isn't a real world scenario, there are no blow torch resistant dogs. If I have to pick one of your answers only, it would be A..
@TransformerslNC I appreciate your answer and you reveal you are a rational and humane person. True, there are no blow torch resistant dogs. The point of this question is the god of the bible will torture not a dog but humans he claims to love, that he does make blow torch resistant, so he can torture them for eternity in a lake of fire. You prove with your answer that you are more rational, just and humane than is the god of the bible. Hope you better understand the question now.
@Netwriter I must say that I enjoy the rational tone you used with me. Let's not get into an argument where we throw insults at each other. :) As far as the comment about how I am more humane than the god of the Bible, then let me share what you may be thinking. Deuteronomy 21 comes to mind when the law mentions stoning a child. This is one of the strongest arguments against the Bible. Remember that this law was never once executed because the children actually obeyed. Darn the 500 limit lol
1. Sue the owner. The Old Testament solution of the problem, however, probably was the most sensible available in that time. And the stoning was not only about sadism, but collectiveness, that ALL of the community gave the death to the bull and/or the owner. Like the firing squad today.
2. D + pray for them. I won't force them to anything because I usually respect people.
3. A and D. A because the people in the time before mass media would also be affected by the message.
Everyone deserves to ask questions but multiple choice is a funny way to control the answers you get. If you were really seeking, then wouldn't you just ask and hear the answer? Some of your questions are very loaded questions, jeez man! God is more than you or I could ever imagine. We have no idea what it's like to be an ant let alone God! God isn't our servant, it's hard to grasp it, but we can be his if we want to. He doesn't want acknowledgment, he wants faith (trust). That is the conduit.
@MVhowell87 We might be ants, but the average person is more moral, caring, loving, rational and intelligent than the god of the bible is shown to be.
It is always nice to hear folks claim to know what their god wants. With 38K sects of christianity, seems what he wants is not being correctly channeled. Seems thru history he wanted lots and lots of genocide. Oh well carry on.
@Netwriter This is a ridiculous, presumptuous, and foolish response. I'll move on to the next comment on the next video, see if I can get anything other than blanket and condescending opinions. By the way you are very condescending, it's too bad.
@MVhowell87 You aren't the first nor will you be the last theist to make a foolish statement, be called on it, and take offense. You claim that you know what god wants. If that is not condescending, arrogant and pompous then we need new definitions for those words. Your claim that god shows himself but me and all other non-believers are ignoring him is bunk. That the average person is superior to the bible god in love, intelligence and justice is a tough pill to swallow, but is true.
@Netwriter God isn't here to entertain us. He isn't here to prove Himself to US, little beings that think we are all that and a bag of chips. He sent us Truth, Jesus Christ, and the Bible, this is where I base my beliefs, i mean this should be no surprise. I believe he isn't confusing, at all. I believe he preserves his word and people pervert it but he is powerful enough to make sure there is purity and understanding. I believe he let's us choose, as this is the context of the whole Bible.
@MVhowell87 He gave most every character in the bible absolute proof of his reality. The bible claims god is unchanging, it also claims he is not a respecter of persons (he treats everyone the same), it claims that he does not want anyone to perish, it claims is his omnipotent. Based on what the bible claims, he does owe me the same proof as he gave the bible characters. No try to unravel this for me with more than just your opinion and wishful thinking.
@Netwriter And that is the summary of your problem. You cannot believe in something you haven't witnessed. Then in actual fact you are just a poor soul with no aim in life than to enjoy it till you die. As said previously, these questions are loaded and thus a very pathetic attempt at a fool's errand. Now in the end let's face it, I have checked out a few of your video's now and you are playing on words to your advantage and not taking the bible in context
@MrBozo88 "You cannot believe in something you haven't witnessed."
Yep, just like the characters in the bible. They all got to witness the reality of god. Would Paul have believed and stop killing christians had not Jesus appeared to him on the road to demascus? How about Moses or Abraham or two million Hebrew? Yep I am just like the characters of the bible, I need proof.
I am going to remake this video without the multiple choices. What will you whine about then?
@Netwriter But you didn't cast out your drug addict son either. He ran out. If you were an omnibenevolent God how could you enslave your creations to be good all the time. Why would you enslave them to always go with your will and not their own free will?
@F012TYF0U12 Being omni I would not have a drug addicted son. There are many people on this earth just like the person I said I would create and they are not enslaved. You live this life on earth only as a pit stop to go to heaven where everyone will be enslaved to always do good for eternity. Heaven is hell, isn't it? Kind of like Borg members, singing god's praises day after day after day after day........................................ smiling like and idiot all the time.
@Netwriter Well if Heaven is a place where you can only do good you just contradicted yourself didn't you? How would Satan have turned against God if one can only do good in Heaven?
@F012TYF0U12 So are you claiming that you will be able to do evil in heaven? Let's clear this up. Will you be able to kill your neighbor in heaven? Will you be allowed to turn against god?
@Netwriter Satan was, why not me? However before I enter Heaven, I would have chosen my allegiance to him on this Earth. I would have chosen Good over Evil. Why would I resort to evil in the afterlife if i did not in this one?
@F012TYF0U12 So you believe that the same folk, with free will here on earth, will in heaven suddenly do nothing that is considered a sin? Will you sin in heaven at the same clip as here?
@Netwriter Well I don't know this, so I don't assume. I feel you definitely wouldn't sin as much as on this Earth. But I can tell you I don't believe heaven would be a constant happy place all the time. Being happy wouldn't feel so good if you didn't hurt once in awhile.
@F012TYF0U12 The heaven in which you believe is not the one presented in the bible. Don't feel bad, this is why there are 38K different sects of christianity. Christians just believe what they want, ignore what they don't like and few agree. Put three christians together and ask for a definition of god and you will get 3 different definitions. Very few read their bible or study it.
@Netwriter Well that is because despite what atheists believe, you can think rationally about God and religion. If we choose to believe what we want in the bible, we are "cherry picking," but if we believe everything you say we are closed minded. Very arrogant. However, I choose because I know the bible was written a long time ago and times were hard back then and certain situations wouldn't apply to our time. (Cont.)
@Netwriter For example, Atheists often quote the Bible's violence. Like when parents dragged their kid out to be put to death because he is a glutton and a drunk. That sounds incredibly harsh to us, but you have to learn to interpret your history. Times were hard back then. There was no concept of too much food. People had very little. A drunk and a glutton, may have eaten all of the family's food and while he sits happily their other children are dieing. Don't you see? Learn your source.
@F012TYF0U12 Times are tough now, 15 million children die each year of starvation and disease. That does not make the brutal morality and bigotry of the bible OK. Don't you see?
@Netwriter Your missing the entire point. What if I went over sees and stole what little food all those children had and ate it myself. They wouldn't even have time to arrest me. I would be killed and justifiably I might add.
@F012TYF0U12 Why do you have to go over seas. Based on your logic, you as a standard american are eating way more than your portion and will be well over weight by the age of 35. You do this while millions die of hunger. Should you be stoned to death?
What are your answers to the questions posed in this video? This rabbit hole/red herring you have presented is obvious to all here reading. Can you answer these questions honestly?
@Netwriter Well I am well below overweight. I actually just had my fat/muscle relationship done through hydrostatic weighing and i have somewhere between 4 and 7% body fat. Based on YOUR logic, what would you have me do? Drop out of school and bring as much food as I can in a suitcase to Africa? Than i'll feed a few Africans, (If it doesn't rot on the way over) and than starve myself cuz i dont have a job anymore and cant afford to get back? We do as much as we can through charity.
@F012TYF0U12 You are 21. According to Jesus you should not be worried about a job or food. You are to give anything to anyone who asks and don't ask for it back, sell all you have and give the money to the poor. You need to watch my video "Why there are no REAL Christians" I would bet you are a Paulian. I see you are still avoiding answering the questions posed in this video. Your time is running out. Lack of intellectual honesty is a blocking offense. tick, tick, tick, ....
@Netwriter Yes, but you still fail to interpret history. Back than that is what I should be doing. However, society does not allow one to do that nowadays. For example I could sell it all away and give it all away, but than I will be poor and live homeless and never be able to help anyone again. I could help far more people, if I kept my job and continue to give a little throughout the months of my long life. That is the way society works. Personally I am not a fan of society.
@F012TYF0U12 But this is what Jesus told those who believe in him to do. It is total insanity, I agree, but still folks believe in this bronze age mythology. You prove your book to be relevant 2000K + years ago, but not today with your claims that everything in it worked then, but not now.
I have been patient with you, but your time is up. Your inability to answer these question presented in this video speaks volumes about your lack of intellectual honesty. Good bye.
2 I would love them and tell all of them about how much God loves them.
3 If it was really important then probably on the news.
4 If i did have a message, it would be very simple so i don't know why people wouldnt understand it. If they just couldnt understand it, then i would dumb the message down even more.
1. Why would I do shit? Animals don't have the ability to think rationally, so who gives a fuck?
2. The video itself said it... I gave them free will to choose what they want. Their beliefs wouldn't affect at all the way I'd have to be towards them. If I ever had kids, I wouldn't really treat them like shit because they don't believe in what I do. Each to its own!
3. I'm a good public speaker so yes, I'd present it publicly!
4. I would explain it to them individually so it was easier for them to comprehend. If they don't understand the second time, oh well!
5. I wouldn't do anything to show my existance. I wouldn't want all people to believe in me just because. I would be real to those who have faith, and of course I'd help on the exaggerately horrible things, but not as a trick of magic like most people would want to. Little by little, realistically.
so u quoted thomas paine??? but ignored the fact that Christ had changed the life of millions of people more than anyone else in history! u clearly ignore a lot and is a shame u were Christian and thinks this way now. but u can come back to him again and at the end u will see the difference between who serve God and who don't. and hey keep reading thomas paine i will follow Jesus and be happy. this video is stupid at its best.
@Netwriter ok, you know why I didn't answer them? is very simple. there is not correct answer for the questions. any answer will fit you to "proof" your point and it don't matter if i pick the best answer, because then u will say "see why God didn't acted that way" or "the other way".
u are not been fair to us and nither to u brother. but ill give u some answers to your questions...
@elmensagero1 The reason believers have such a problem answering the questions in this video is because at least one answer to each question is what the bible claims the bible god does. Your claim there is not a correct answer proves the point better than this video. You can't pick the answer that reflects the character and actions of your god because they are so evil, ignorant and hateful. It is a joy to watch christians freak when they try to side step this video.
@Netwriter question1= none of the above,Hell does not exist, Biblically speaking so God is not going to burn anyone for the eternity. 2=God is going to judge your heart not your religion. 3=read John 3:16 and tell me what part u don't understand. 4=again this is part of 3 so read John 3:16 and tell me if that is not clear for you?. 5=is a framed up question, but u can pray for thoes who suffer and when u get to see the lord face to face on that day ask him why then, he may have the answers for u
@elmensagero1 Here we go again folks. Another christian who is not intellectually honest enough to answer the questions. These questions are about what you would do. Instead you have to do your best to cover for your irrational, cruel and hateful god. This is great, thanks so much.
@Netwriter Lol... you just can't admit it can't u? u should read the Bible with a different attitude and maybe then u will find the answers in a better light. so all of your questions about turture and hell burning people are fictional and not from the Bible, so u are the one making things up and not looking for the proper explanation to it in the bible. u are the one not been honest because u are framing the questions assuming your theories are correct about the scripture when they are not.
@Netwriter also i'm not justifing God in anyway, what i understand that i can. but no one can tell me that thomas paine was right nither! or that Darwin was right nither or the Catholics on their explanations, and we are all in the same limbo when it comes to catastrophies and deaths of love ones. but to say that is God's faults is just ignorance. its all about faith and what u believe at the end, and u have your rights, "but one day we will see at the end who was right" take care.
if God stopped 9/11 from happening, how would people know? if everything was perfect, we would have nothing to be thankful for, because we wouldn't know what it would be like to have things go wrong.
@ecpizza 3. Yeah, too bad by the time he showed up with his printing press the original documents were gone and all that was left was copies of copies of copies edited and forged. Not too bright a move if you are wanting to get your message out, uncorrupted and accurate, don't you think?
4. Good for you, your god sends them to hell for eternity.
5. You should ask yourself if you were god would this be the plan you would use and how you would love?
1. Based on an athiest's logic, wouldn't I chain up the dog's owner and do him- IF I had the power? I mean, since athiests can discern the spirit of believers.
2. "As a loving parent." To an athiest, when should a believer adjust their level of love, for each child?
Would the buddhist rank higher than the other three?
3. Also, I'd spread my message in possibly the most intolerant period in history, (up till now) to preach about "freedon in Christ"- as a Jew and during Roman domination.
Who can question God? Were we there when he created the earth? Do we know the number of stars he created? Who of us has the authority to challenge our Creator and Savior?
God wants a free will love from his creation. The type of suffering love Jesus Christ had for the Father, to be crucified for the sins of the world is the ultimate act of love. Very few have this type of love for God or another human being. I once asked an atheist if he would die for a woman he loved. He said he would have to REALLY love her to even consider it. There is nothing confusing about the Truth. It is only when you believe Satan's lies you start to become undone.
@savedbyjesusblood You claim to know what god wants. Aren't you special. Who created Satan knowing in advance everything he would do? Why blame satan, he has no free will either if the bible is to be believed.
@Netwriter i thought i made it clear that the first one was not worth giving the time. but if you insist. then why would i torture any living being, surely any loving parent would be too crippled by grief to care beyond the immense sadness of loosing a child.
@Atheistgo2Hell How long will the god of the bible torture those he claims to love? Eternity. By answering the question as you did, you reveal that you are more loving, empathetic and just than the god of the bible. If you answer all the questions honestly and compare your answers with what the bible claims for the god presented there you will find that you are more intelligent, loving and rational than is yahweh. That is the purpose of this video for intellectually honest theists.
@Netwriter eternity yes, the bible is more than clear on that, i would suggest if you are unsure on that point then you goggle "the second death" (rev somewhere). and surely a comparison with me and an omnipotent being is mathematically dubious, an all knowing god remember! -i apologize if i was curt with your questions i am more than perplexed by the inability of atheist to ask the right questions.
@Atheistgo2Hell Mathematically dubious??? Where have I claimed to be an atheist? These are solid questions and you are not the first nor the last theist who finds these questions uncomfortable. When they start to compare their own love, mercy, empathy, intelligence and rationality with that of the bible god, they just can't do it. LIke you they start using special pleading in an attempt to give their god a free pass.
@Netwriter -weather your an atheist or not is irrelevant to the fact your first question didn't do it for me intellectually and that's the only point i had made, stating that this makes your question uncomfortable for me to answer brings into question your honesty, given i answered the question i heard you pose. oh and when one compares an apple they do so with apples, hence the comparison with me and a god dose not equate, thus mathematically dubious.
@Atheistgo2Hell Weather??? You need only read down through the comments on this video to find theist after theist whining about the questions, unable to honestly answer them. You are just one of the herd. Mercy, empathy, intelligence and rationality are comparable and are not apples and oranges. These questions reveal the bankruptcy of the bible god regarding these elements of nature. Again you use the fallacy of special pleading.
@Atheistgo2Hell The question did what it was designed to do. You answered it and revealed you are a better person than is your bible god. From that point on all that happened is you evading that reality by use of logical fallacies, poor logic and false assertions. You might want to watch my video "X?? every christian should be have to answer" Good luck with that video, as not a single christian has been able to answer even one of the ten questions. May Zeus bless you.
@Atheistgo2Hell "i thought i made it clear that the first one was not worth giving the time" And hence admit to not watching the remaining ones. I've made my way cover-to-cover in three versions of the Bible, two of the Quran, and a few of the Torah. Several translations of the Analects, the Enuma Elish, and several Ancient Greek and Roman authors of Greek and Roman mythology.
Not to mention the Kent Hovind "lectures"...
You can't even go through 4 minutes of a video. Seriously?
"then why would i torture any living being" Simply: revenge. Just like God does.
"surely any loving parent would be too crippled by grief to care beyond the immense sadness of loosing a child." Then God isn't a loving parent. And God even commands multiple times the KILLING of children with NO regards for how the parents would feel.
And then God forgave us by having his own son get tortured and killed, despite that he could have forgiven WITHOUT human sacrifice. To begin...
@Atheistgo2Hell "apart from your shameless self promotion" Then I'll simplify it to a pre-pre-K level:
* Your innate tendency to disregard ANYTHING that even remotely can be construed to conflict with your preconceived notions is both pathetic and intellectually dishonest.
* Your 'answer' to the only part of the video that you watched already shows that you are ignorant of your own religious ideology and text, which is both pathetic and intellectually dishonest.
I find this music to be incredibly appropriate for some reason. It makes me reflect on how backwards I used to think and how bluntly obvious it is that mental gymnastics and special pleading are required to believe the Bible.
In the christian bible there is only ONE way to be damned forever and that is to not believe in thier god! This should be evident to any thinking person that this philosophy is manufactured. It is that simple.
@MeyerG4Indiana-Adams responded to several things he didn't agree with, not the religious aspect though
So you take the position of PJ O'Rourke has a problem with god but I'll bet you swallow everything from evangelists here on your knees
And what? You see little love in their writing? Big deal. They are writing about a book that some say preaches love but tells tales of violence and murder
christians show love? Come down to the south and see the hate many have
@Gasterad12 And the concept of hell is OK with you? Do you honestly consider the eternal punishment of hell be just and moral?
God's will (as if anyone could know it) is the justification the religious use to do what would be considered immoral under any other circumstance. We don't know heaven and hell exist and yet the faithful use it's assumed existence to exclude and deny their fellow human beings. Shame.
@drfoxcourt You have been warned and you have slandered God and for you don't believe in him and go against his rules and live life just for you and no one else not giving a little shit when all he asks is for you to believe but you don't, you just slander... should you go to Heaven for that? I didn't think so.
@Gasterad12 You have demonstrated all the warmth and love inherent in believers of God (hatred and exclusion are your most prominent features).
God didn't give us rules, controlling priests and would be controllers of men did.
I deserve to be treated like anyone else, not better, not worse. As for my thought-crime of not believing, only tyrants use the device of thought-crime. Your pretend God is made up as a real tyrant. You OK with that?
@drfoxcourt I think what your saying is stupid and you think what i'm saying is stupid. This is the relationship between Atheists and Monotheists, this conversation is not going anywhere because you are ignorant and you attempt to shrug off all the proof I throw at you as expected, If you won't believe I won't waste my time on you.
@Gasterad12 I have yet to hear anything like proof. I'm not shrugging it off, I'm waiting for something beyond faith assertions. Do you know what evidence is (or more importantly what it is not)?
As I said early on, That which can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.
No evidence of God (for which I am grateful), so I dismiss the notion of God.
BTW - I would not condemn you to the hell you seem happy to endorse for me.
@drfoxcourt This is a misunderstanding, I think I'm mixing you up with the other guy on this video that I had a arguement with. I sent that certain user a list scientific miracles from the Qur'an and he continued to shrug them off even when he knew there was no way Prophet Mohammad could have known/guessed them. Anyway my mistake and I apologize.
@Gasterad12 We all make mistakes it seems. Hopefully we will all try to do our best too.
As to scientific miracles, I think you need to reword that. Science is based on naturalistic examination and testing. Miracles, by their nature are not naturalistic and do not allow testing, so scientific miracles is an oxymoron. Try scientific insight or extremely improbable phenomena. So what are these insights?
id like to answer based on what they called "the sharia law" im a moslem :)
if you think that this is not what is written on the sharia law, then you should do research and proof yourself
read quran :) and be open mind, afterall research should be open minded, yes?
1. sharia doesnt allow torturing even its for the animal, we shouldnt torture living being, the most forbid is using fire to kill, if you have to "i mean have to, not want to" kill living being, then make if fast, painless
@veexversa 2. sharia doenst allow children to grew by him/herself, you, as a parent should lead the way, when he/she came to age 10-16 when the puberty came, that is the time when your children free to choose what they want.
remember that torture is as forbidden as to kill, in sharia law, we are forbid to wage war with infidel, if we werent attacked
3. moslems are trustable
4. i shouldnt force them to understand me, when they misguided, if they are positive, they'll ask me
@drfoxcourt there's no penalty, as i say, moslem only allowed to wage war to infidel, if the infidel are attacking, the same goes to the murtad, as they converted to other religion, the death penalty only applied to Zina(Fornication) and Murderer
@veexversa It's odd you say there is no penalty, yet a large and very public number of the faithful, clerics in particular, have authorized the slaying of apostates. Is this a problem with the reasonable muslims not feeling empowered to criticize the theocratic parts of the government or do you think many muslims feel that murdering apostates is OK?
@drfoxcourt killing apostates were never okay, as i say, killing human were never okay, except for the reason i stated, the second of all, even some were true. most of the publication were fitna, what i belive is, mankind being dragged into conflict by deception, so we cant see the better truth of peace
the sharia law itself encourage peace, it do has some strict rules and heavy sentence
these heavy sentence were made to retain the willingness to obey
@veexversa Are you OK with stoning a woman who sleeps with a man who is not her husband? How about beheading an apostate? Do you think it is moral to strap on a bomb and kill people who did you no harm? Do you think it OK to maim people who break the law?
If you don't think these are OK, why allow "the will of Allah" to be used as an excuse?
Laws and rules are made by mankind for the benefit of their society. Nobody can claim with proof they got the laws from a divine source.
@drfoxcourt if that did happens, there are certain punishment, but he able to avoid the punishment, we moslem are believer of the life after death, the time where it said that you mouth shut, and other parts of your body that do the talk, so that there will be no lies, and no escape of certain punishment, for the bad things that happens in the life before death
if you ever wonder what the meaning of that, as you can see these days, even without talking, doctor can tell what desease you have
@veexversa It seems to me that far too many muslims show far too little sabar and far to much iman. They have faith in spite of evidence. In spite of their patience, they insist that they be allowed to enact the laws that only Allah has the right to enact.
I admit torture is wrong. Maiming and killing are no less so.
Laws made by consensus of society are superior to any divine-inspired law because societal laws have a evidentiary basis. Divine laws have no basis other than the hope of faith.
@drfoxcourt no,this are one of the misconceptions people have, the two cannot be seperated, iman would mean nothing without sabr so does the viceversa
talking about the law, actually,we only start the trial court and commint the sentence based on confession of subject who violated the law and witnesses, law that forbids us to seeks even someone's smirch, this including, spying, stalking, observing someone's property without permit, and related to the forbid of gossiping, sentences are heavy for these act
@drfoxcourt in sharia law, people who abuse the law in the name of allah, will have their day of punishment, even the escape the law in life phase, the afterlife court are inevitable, remember that molsem believe in afterlife existence, thats what suppose to gave us power to remain sabr
sadly people these days start to forget the essences of life itself, for us,moslems, allah not create us except to pray to allah, this including, hablum min annas(relation to other mankind),by mankind it means every one
@veexversa 5. imaginary is included to "ghaib", we shouldnt talk about what is ghaib, its forbidden, mankind are solid, and posses many weakness, we shouldnt play as some omnipotent being
mate, maybe you should read quran, you'll love it, trust me, just be open minded, because quran is the only kitab that science and logical proofable, or perhaps, science and logic need to proof what is written on quran
Hmm I did anwser your questions and sorry but i had most of my own anwsers i did pick D on number 2 and number 3 cant be anwsered because it depends on your time if you ask Moses i am sure his anwser would be different then mine. And really these questions dont prove much, they exspecialy DONt prove there is no GOD..I will admit some religions are confusing but it is YOUR personal knowledge and understanding of what u believe and the faith you have in yourself.
@stevestewart7777 The bible god is claimed to be omniscient and omnipotent. If this is true, then he knew before he created Satan that Satan would rebel and corrupt his creation. He went on and created Satan anyway making everything Satan does gods will. There are thousands of religions and thousands of gods, the bible god is just the one invented by bronze age goat herders.
Your argumentum ad baculum proves that what you are selling is a lie. The truth needs no threats.
@Netwriter If you knew your child would grow up to be a drug addict and eventually rebel against you, get in a fight with you, and storm out of the house and hate you forever...would you still want to have a child? Would you try to convince yourself that if you try harder maybe you can save them? Would you not blame yourself for your childs rebellion. Would you love them any less?
@F012TYF0U12 I am not omniscient and omnipotent. If I were, as it is claimed for the bible god, I would create a child with a nature ideal to be happy, with perfect judgement, knowledge hungry and benevolent toward his fellow man. I would never blame the child as I am the creator and he turned out just like I created him to be. I would never send any of my children to be tortured for eternity no matter how bad they turned out. If they turned out messed up I am a messed up omni-god. Yours too.
I love it how the Christians don't understand the purpose of this video.
"Wait, I can only answer with your responses; these aren't questions that you really want answers for!"
Well, Christians...duh. The video is meant to make you realize that you are able to answer the questions in a more logical and loving way than the god of the Bible does, and if you can do that, then that will hopefully show you that your fairy in the sky is an incompetent asshole.
This is not even a decent comparison to ask anyone. The person who posted this only gives his\her selection of answers, a bit like twisted polls that are designed to get the answers the polsters are seeking. Example: "Did you use a car or a bicycle to get away from robbing that bank, yes or no!!!!"
Neither answer is correct, but you are not allowed to answer honestly and candidly.
Sorry, your test failed. May you find peace in your heart and The Truth before you leave this Earth.
@LuckyIzzy659 Absolutely, they believe in the very same god, the one chosen by abraham from the gods of his day. The god of the Hebrew tribe the same god who promised them the land on which they live. The same god of the muslims who ironically teaches them to hate the jews. The christians believe them both to be on a fast track to hell. Seems this god of love and peace breeds hate, violence and intolerance. He is an evil imaginary being.
I'm wondering why this is called "Five Questions For Christians", because from what I've observed in the comments and the video, no one is really challenged to answer any questions any other way than what you've presented yourself. The name should really be changed to something like, "My Answers To 5 Questions That I Don't Want Anyone Else's Take On."

Try your best and trust in him daily to do his will.
boywhoy88 4 months ago
@boywhoy88 God is holy = God is like God. God thinks holy thoughts = God thinks God thoughts.
Strangerinasland 2 months ago 2
@Strangerinasland Well God is holy. God does not think like man, nor is mans thoughts above God. There is no understanding God's holy ways. God gave us us son to believe in and follow. That is God's way of loving us. God loves you man. Give God a chance. He will honor your attempt if you are willing to turn to Christ with all your heart. He will definitely do it. He won't just make someone pay who seeks him and really wants to get out of sin. That person will find what they are looking for.
boywhoy88 2 months ago
@Strangerinasland So whenever you are ready he is willing. Jesus Christ is the only way to holyness. I beg you to think about it and consider. This is your eternity and Jesus Christ is your saviour if you are willing. God bless,.
boywhoy88 2 months ago
@boywhoy88 Saying God is holy & God thinks holy thoughts is not stating anything. God is God. Oh really!?! Does someone think God is not God? Maybe they think dogs are not dogs & water is not water. Only way to holyness = only way to be like God. I do not want to be like that nasty sadistic insecure bully. Why would anyone? No 1 is my saviour, regardless of whether I am willing. I do not need a saviour.
Strangerinasland 2 months ago 4
@Strangerinasland Ok suit yourself. God still loves you. He made a way for us to have eternity with him and not burn forever in the lake of fire. And that way is Jesus Christ. Seek him for peace of mind and peace with your fellow man. Love him for his holy ways that save the world. He is waiting for you whenever you are ready.

1) It's not the dog's fault. That's nature. I wouldn't torture it.
2) I would love all of my children equally. Although I doubt that they would all join different religions if they only had one influence.
3) I don't understand the message that I'm supposed to leave
4) Still don't get it.
5) B

Btw Im becoming agnostic.

johnnythesailorman 7 months ago
@PraiseGODpraiseJESUS Ok let me get this straight. You claim that jesus died for us and sacrificed himself for us right? So jesus died, then he came back to life and went to a extremely happy place called heaven. Thats not a sacrifice at all. Your whole bible is full of contradictions, inconsistencies, errors, murder, torture, immorality, human sacrifice, myths, fantasies, etc.

A dog does not have the same way of reasoning that a man would, therefore you would obviously not torute the dog at all
Bman8221 8 months ago
@Bman8221 The positions I take are based on 40 years as a believing christian, 10 years research into the origins of the bible and christianity. My questions are based on the character of the bible god as revealed in the bible. It is nice to know that you would torture a person but not a dog. Your christianity seems to have effected your humanity, empathy, intelligence and justice. I would not torture anyone for any time period at all. Your god will torture folks he claims to love for EVER.
Netwriter 8 months ago 3
@Netwriter if i kill your son you wouldnt torture me?
if you are a man you are a sad father with no dignity or pride, and if you are a mom than your heart must be made of stone.
your logic: "you killed my son but thats ok since im a forgiving person, just ,dont do it again".
and just so you know, if god didnt send down his messengers in the dark ages you would still be living in the dark ages!! ponder on that for a while!

Netwriter 8 months ago
@Netwriter THAT I would like to know as well, because I kinda would like to believe that it never was. Probably because it was too sick even for most Old Israelites.
NotOnlySelfLover 8 months ago
1) Wouldn't torture the dog at all. As a human, I'd be angry. Furious in fact, as that was my child. But it's just an animal, and I wouldn't torture a ladder if my son fell off a ladder. And I wouldn't blow torch it, I'd just put it down with a gun because it's a dangerous beast, and I wouldn't let it live to hurt another human being. Honestly, this isn't a real world scenario, there are no blow torch resistant dogs. If I have to pick one of your answers only, it would be A..
TransformerslNC 8 months ago
@TransformerslNC I appreciate your answer and you reveal you are a rational and humane person. True, there are no blow torch resistant dogs. The point of this question is the god of the bible will torture not a dog but humans he claims to love, that he does make blow torch resistant, so he can torture them for eternity in a lake of fire. You prove with your answer that you are more rational, just and humane than is the god of the bible. Hope you better understand the question now.
Netwriter 8 months ago
@Netwriter I must say that I enjoy the rational tone you used with me. Let's not get into an argument where we throw insults at each other. :) As far as the comment about how I am more humane than the god of the Bible, then let me share what you may be thinking. Deuteronomy 21 comes to mind when the law mentions stoning a child. This is one of the strongest arguments against the Bible. Remember that this law was never once executed because the children actually obeyed. Darn the 500 limit lol
TransformerslNC 8 months ago
4. D
5. B
NotOnlySelfLover 8 months ago
1. I'd sue the owner. It's not the dog's fault.
2. I'd treat them the same. But it wouldn't stop me from preying for them and loving them.
3. Discuss and debate, more or less.
4. Nothing. If they feel like it, then that's how they feel.
5. Well, I'm not God, so I wouldn't know. I know that God shows himself to us, it's just that we as humans don't want to see.
GaaraBabyEater 8 months ago
@GaaraBabyEater "I know that God shows himself to us, it's just that we as humans don't want to see."
You have seen him but humans don't want to see? What are you, a possum?
Your other answers prove you are more intelligent, loving and just than is the god of the bible. Congratulations.
Netwriter 8 months ago
@Netwriter
Actually, the God of the Bible is a lot more kinder than I am. He would have not even bothered to sue the neighbor. I would have.
GaaraBabyEater 8 months ago
@GaaraBabyEater Jesus wouldn't, yes. But the Godfather of the Old Testament does bother to punish people for doing much less harm than that.
NotOnlySelfLover 8 months ago
Everyone deserves to ask questions but multiple choice is a funny way to control the answers you get. If you were really seeking, then wouldn't you just ask and hear the answer? Some of your questions are very loaded questions, jeez man! God is more than you or I could ever imagine. We have no idea what it's like to be an ant let alone God! God isn't our servant, it's hard to grasp it, but we can be his if we want to. He doesn't want acknowledgment, he wants faith (trust). That is the conduit.
MVhowell87 8 months ago
@MVhowell87 We might be ants, but the average person is more moral, caring, loving, rational and intelligent than the god of the bible is shown to be.
It is always nice to hear folks claim to know what their god wants. With 38K sects of christianity, seems what he wants is not being correctly channeled. Seems thru history he wanted lots and lots of genocide. Oh well carry on.
Netwriter 8 months ago
@Netwriter This is a ridiculous, presumptuous, and foolish response. I'll move on to the next comment on the next video, see if I can get anything other than blanket and condescending opinions. By the way you are very condescending, it's too bad.
MVhowell87 8 months ago
@MVhowell87 You aren't the first nor will you be the last theist to make a foolish statement, be called on it, and take offense. You claim that you know what god wants. If that is not condescending, arrogant and pompous then we need new definitions for those words. Your claim that god shows himself but me and all other non-believers are ignoring him is bunk. That the average person is superior to the bible god in love, intelligence and justice is a tough pill to swallow, but is true.
Netwriter 8 months ago
@Netwriter God isn't here to entertain us. He isn't here to prove Himself to US, little beings that think we are all that and a bag of chips. He sent us Truth, Jesus Christ, and the Bible, this is where I base my beliefs, i mean this should be no surprise. I believe he isn't confusing, at all. I believe he preserves his word and people pervert it but he is powerful enough to make sure there is purity and understanding. I believe he let's us choose, as this is the context of the whole Bible.
MVhowell87 8 months ago
@MVhowell87 He gave most every character in the bible absolute proof of his reality. The bible claims god is unchanging, it also claims he is not a respecter of persons (he treats everyone the same), it claims that he does not want anyone to perish, it claims is his omnipotent. Based on what the bible claims, he does owe me the same proof as he gave the bible characters. No try to unravel this for me with more than just your opinion and wishful thinking.
Netwriter 8 months ago
@Netwriter And that is the summary of your problem. You cannot believe in something you haven't witnessed. Then in actual fact you are just a poor soul with no aim in life than to enjoy it till you die. As said previously, these questions are loaded and thus a very pathetic attempt at a fool's errand. Now in the end let's face it, I have checked out a few of your video's now and you are playing on words to your advantage and not taking the bible in context
MrBozo88 8 months ago

F012TYF0U12 10 months ago
@F012TYF0U12 Being omni I would not have a drug addicted son. There are many people on this earth just like the person I said I would create and they are not enslaved. You live this life on earth only as a pit stop to go to heaven where everyone will be enslaved to always do good for eternity. Heaven is hell, isn't it? Kind of like Borg members, singing god's praises day after day after day after day........................................ smiling like and idiot all the time.
Netwriter 10 months ago
@Netwriter Well if Heaven is a place where you can only do good you just contradicted yourself didn't you? How would Satan have turned against God if one can only do good in Heaven?
F012TYF0U12 10 months ago
@F012TYF0U12 So are you claiming that you will be able to do evil in heaven? Let's clear this up. Will you be able to kill your neighbor in heaven? Will you be allowed to turn against god?
Netwriter 10 months ago
@Netwriter Satan was, why not me? However before I enter Heaven, I would have chosen my allegiance to him on this Earth. I would have chosen Good over Evil. Why would I resort to evil in the afterlife if i did not in this one?
F012TYF0U12 10 months ago
@F012TYF0U12 So you believe that the same folk, with free will here on earth, will in heaven suddenly do nothing that is considered a sin? Will you sin in heaven at the same clip as here?
Netwriter 10 months ago
@Netwriter Well I don't know this, so I don't assume. I feel you definitely wouldn't sin as much as on this Earth. But I can tell you I don't believe heaven would be a constant happy place all the time. Being happy wouldn't feel so good if you didn't hurt once in awhile.
F012TYF0U12 10 months ago
@F012TYF0U12 The heaven in which you believe is not the one presented in the bible. Don't feel bad, this is why there are 38K different sects of christianity. Christians just believe what they want, ignore what they don't like and few agree. Put three christians together and ask for a definition of god and you will get 3 different definitions. Very few read their bible or study it.
Netwriter 10 months ago
@Netwriter Well that is because despite what atheists believe, you can think rationally about God and religion. If we choose to believe what we want in the bible, we are "cherry picking," but if we believe everything you say we are closed minded. Very arrogant. However, I choose because I know the bible was written a long time ago and times were hard back then and certain situations wouldn't apply to our time. (Cont.)
F012TYF0U12 10 months ago
@F012TYF0U12 None of it applies to our time. It is all based on the benighted morality of the bronze age.
Netwriter 10 months ago
@Netwriter For example, Atheists often quote the Bible's violence. Like when parents dragged their kid out to be put to death because he is a glutton and a drunk. That sounds incredibly harsh to us, but you have to learn to interpret your history. Times were hard back then. There was no concept of too much food. People had very little. A drunk and a glutton, may have eaten all of the family's food and while he sits happily their other children are dieing. Don't you see? Learn your source.
F012TYF0U12 10 months ago
@F012TYF0U12 Times are tough now, 15 million children die each year of starvation and disease. That does not make the brutal morality and bigotry of the bible OK. Don't you see?
Netwriter 10 months ago
@Netwriter Your missing the entire point. What if I went over sees and stole what little food all those children had and ate it myself. They wouldn't even have time to arrest me. I would be killed and justifiably I might add.
F012TYF0U12 10 months ago
@F012TYF0U12 Why do you have to go over seas. Based on your logic, you as a standard american are eating way more than your portion and will be well over weight by the age of 35. You do this while millions die of hunger. Should you be stoned to death?
What are your answers to the questions posed in this video? This rabbit hole/red herring you have presented is obvious to all here reading. Can you answer these questions honestly?
Netwriter 10 months ago
@Netwriter Well I am well below overweight. I actually just had my fat/muscle relationship done through hydrostatic weighing and i have somewhere between 4 and 7% body fat. Based on YOUR logic, what would you have me do? Drop out of school and bring as much food as I can in a suitcase to Africa? Than i'll feed a few Africans, (If it doesn't rot on the way over) and than starve myself cuz i dont have a job anymore and cant afford to get back? We do as much as we can through charity.
F012TYF0U12 10 months ago
@F012TYF0U12 You are 21. According to Jesus you should not be worried about a job or food. You are to give anything to anyone who asks and don't ask for it back, sell all you have and give the money to the poor. You need to watch my video "Why there are no REAL Christians" I would bet you are a Paulian. I see you are still avoiding answering the questions posed in this video. Your time is running out. Lack of intellectual honesty is a blocking offense. tick, tick, tick, ....
Netwriter 10 months ago
@Netwriter Yes, but you still fail to interpret history. Back than that is what I should be doing. However, society does not allow one to do that nowadays. For example I could sell it all away and give it all away, but than I will be poor and live homeless and never be able to help anyone again. I could help far more people, if I kept my job and continue to give a little throughout the months of my long life. That is the way society works. Personally I am not a fan of society.
F012TYF0U12 10 months ago
@F012TYF0U12 But this is what Jesus told those who believe in him to do. It is total insanity, I agree, but still folks believe in this bronze age mythology. You prove your book to be relevant 2000K + years ago, but not today with your claims that everything in it worked then, but not now.
I have been patient with you, but your time is up. Your inability to answer these question presented in this video speaks volumes about your lack of intellectual honesty. Good bye.

1 I'd shoot it
2 I would love them and tell all of them about how much God loves them.
3 If it was really important then probably on the news.
4 If i did have a message, it would be very simple so i don't know why people wouldnt understand it. If they just couldnt understand it, then i would dumb the message down even more.
5 Write a book.

have to answer with my own disputes, sorry! =)
SlaytanicSeries 10 months ago
=)

so u quoted thomas paine??? but ignored the fact that Christ had changed the life of millions of people more than anyone else in history! u clearly ignore a lot and is a shame u were Christian and thinks this way now. but u can come back to him again and at the end u will see the difference between who serve God and who don't. and hey keep reading thomas paine i will follow Jesus and be happy. this video is stupid at its best.
elmensagero1 10 months ago
@elmensagero1 You couldn't answer the questions could you? That would require intellectual honesty and you reveal you have none. Thanks.
Netwriter 10 months ago
@Netwriter ok, you know why I didn't answer them? is very simple. there is not correct answer for the questions. any answer will fit you to "proof" your point and it don't matter if i pick the best answer, because then u will say "see why God didn't acted that way" or "the other way".
u are not been fair to us and nither to u brother. but ill give u some answers to your questions...
elmensagero1 10 months ago
@elmensagero1 The reason believers have such a problem answering the questions in this video is because at least one answer to each question is what the bible claims the bible god does. Your claim there is not a correct answer proves the point better than this video. You can't pick the answer that reflects the character and actions of your god because they are so evil, ignorant and hateful. It is a joy to watch christians freak when they try to side step this video.
Netwriter 10 months ago
@Netwriter question1= none of the above,Hell does not exist, Biblically speaking so God is not going to burn anyone for the eternity. 2=God is going to judge your heart not your religion. 3=read John 3:16 and tell me what part u don't understand. 4=again this is part of 3 so read John 3:16 and tell me if that is not clear for you?. 5=is a framed up question, but u can pray for thoes who suffer and when u get to see the lord face to face on that day ask him why then, he may have the answers for u
elmensagero1 10 months ago
@elmensagero1 Here we go again folks. Another christian who is not intellectually honest enough to answer the questions. These questions are about what you would do. Instead you have to do your best to cover for your irrational, cruel and hateful god. This is great, thanks so much.
Netwriter 10 months ago
@Netwriter Lol... you just can't admit it can't u? u should read the Bible with a different attitude and maybe then u will find the answers in a better light. so all of your questions about turture and hell burning people are fictional and not from the Bible, so u are the one making things up and not looking for the proper explanation to it in the bible. u are the one not been honest because u are framing the questions assuming your theories are correct about the scripture when they are not.
elmensagero1 10 months ago
@Netwriter also i'm not justifing God in anyway, what i understand that i can. but no one can tell me that thomas paine was right nither! or that Darwin was right nither or the Catholics on their explanations, and we are all in the same limbo when it comes to catastrophies and deaths of love ones. but to say that is God's faults is just ignorance. its all about faith and what u believe at the end, and u have your rights, "but one day we will see at the end who was right" take care.
elmensagero1 10 months ago
if God stopped 9/11 from happening, how would people know? if everything was perfect, we would have nothing to be thankful for, because we wouldn't know what it would be like to have things go wrong.

3. Continued- Interesting, that Johannes Gutenberg starting printing the bible, after his other achievement.
4. I DO understand them and love them, while I offer the gospel to them, on the street.
Then, I ask the LORD to have mercy on them, and save them from His just wrath to come, just like my fellow true believers did, in the past.
5. If I were God? That's an abhorrent question for believers. That's a question best left to the "very wise" men and 14 year olds.
ecpizza 11 months ago
Netwriter 11 months ago

It is only when you believe Satan's lies you start to become undone.
savedbyjesusblood 11 months ago
@savedbyjesusblood You claim to know what god wants. Aren't you special. Who created Satan knowing in advance everything he would do? Why blame satan, he has no free will either if the bible is to be believed.

@Atheistgo2Hell Couldn't answer them huh? Intellectual honesty is a rare commodity with theists. Oh well, carry on.
Netwriter 1 year ago
@Netwriter i thought i made it clear that the first one was not worth giving the time. but if you insist. then why would i torture any living being, surely any loving parent would be too crippled by grief to care beyond the immense sadness of loosing a child.
Atheistgo2Hell 1 year ago
@Atheistgo2Hell How long will the god of the bible torture those he claims to love? Eternity. By answering the question as you did, you reveal that you are more loving, empathetic and just than the god of the bible. If you answer all the questions honestly and compare your answers with what the bible claims for the god presented there you will find that you are more intelligent, loving and rational than is yahweh. That is the purpose of this video for intellectually honest theists.
Netwriter 1 year ago
@Netwriter eternity yes, the bible is more than clear on that, i would suggest if you are unsure on that point then you goggle "the second death" (rev somewhere). and surely a comparison with me and an omnipotent being is mathematically dubious, an all knowing god remember! -i apologize if i was curt with your questions i am more than perplexed by the inability of atheist to ask the right questions.
Atheistgo2Hell 1 year ago
@Atheistgo2Hell Mathematically dubious??? Where have I claimed to be an atheist? These are solid questions and you are not the first nor the last theist who finds these questions uncomfortable. When they start to compare their own love, mercy, empathy, intelligence and rationality with that of the bible god, they just can't do it. LIke you they start using special pleading in an attempt to give their god a free pass.
Netwriter 1 year ago
@Netwriter -weather your an atheist or not is irrelevant to the fact your first question didn't do it for me intellectually and that's the only point i had made, stating that this makes your question uncomfortable for me to answer brings into question your honesty, given i answered the question i heard you pose. oh and when one compares an apple they do so with apples, hence the comparison with me and a god dose not equate, thus mathematically dubious.
Atheistgo2Hell 1 year ago
@Atheistgo2Hell Weather??? You need only read down through the comments on this video to find theist after theist whining about the questions, unable to honestly answer them. You are just one of the herd. Mercy, empathy, intelligence and rationality are comparable and are not apples and oranges. These questions reveal the bankruptcy of the bible god regarding these elements of nature. Again you use the fallacy of special pleading.
Netwriter 1 year ago
@Netwriter your question was small, as do you seem, when you have a big one feel free to impart it.
Atheistgo2Hell 1 year ago
@Atheistgo2Hell The question did what it was designed to do. You answered it and revealed you are a better person than is your bible god. From that point on all that happened is you evading that reality by use of logical fallacies, poor logic and false assertions. You might want to watch my video "X?? every christian should be have to answer" Good luck with that video, as not a single christian has been able to answer even one of the ten questions. May Zeus bless you.
Netwriter 1 year ago

To begin...

@onijester56 apart from your shameless self promotion i'm not quite sure what your try to say.
Atheistgo2Hell 1 year ago
@Atheistgo2Hell "apart from your shameless self promotion" Then I'll simplify it to a pre-pre-K level:
* Your innate tendency to disregard ANYTHING that even remotely can be construed to conflict with your preconceived notions is both pathetic and intellectually dishonest.
* Your 'answer' to the only part of the video that you watched already shows that you are ignorant of your own religious ideology and text, which is both pathetic and intellectually dishonest.
And that's simply to begin.

Late in life John Adams called Thomas Paine's "Common Sense" a "crapulous mass."
P. J. O'Rourke Has the same problem with God's authority (maybe any and all authority.)
I'm unwilling to let Paine or O'Rourke council me on spiritual matters as I'm unconvinced of their experience.
I also sense little wonder, humility or love in their writing.
So far, the only ones who have shown me love are Christians.
However, not all who labeled themselves Christians have love. Some are faking it.

@ilililhy1 How do you know that any of what you have said is true? (No fair saying "I have the holy spirit in me or the Bible is absolutely true pls)
For instance, How do you know God loves us? How do you know there is an eternal life?
Extraordinary claims demand extraordinary evidence. Claims without evidence may be dismissed without evidence.

1- Torture is always immoral, no matter the justification. I wouldn't start torturing the dog.
2 - I would not treat my children according to their beliefs, but in reaction to their acts.
3 - Logical repeatable evidence built into he physical universe.
4 - There will always be people who cannot exercise logic. Have them evolve.
5 - Omnipotence would be sufficient to make them acknowledge my existence

Gasterad12 1 year ago
@Gasterad12 And yet the followers of Mohammed and Jesus consider it a moral good for their God/Allah to mistreat the non-gullible.
Of course God will tell us that those who don't go to worship should be tortured forever.
drfoxcourt 1 year ago
@drfoxcourt Yes In the life after this one.
Gasterad12 1 year ago
@Gasterad12 And the concept of hell is OK with you? Do you honestly consider the eternal punishment of hell be just and moral?
God's will (as if anyone could know it) is the justification the religious use to do what would be considered immoral under any other circumstance. We don't know heaven and hell exist and yet the faithful use it's assumed existence to exclude and deny their fellow human beings. Shame.
drfoxcourt 1 year ago
@drfoxcourt You have been warned and you have slandered God and for you don't believe in him and go against his rules and live life just for you and no one else not giving a little shit when all he asks is for you to believe but you don't, you just slander... should you go to Heaven for that? I didn't think so.
Gasterad12 1 year ago
@Gasterad12 You have demonstrated all the warmth and love inherent in believers of God (hatred and exclusion are your most prominent features).
God didn't give us rules, controlling priests and would be controllers of men did.
I deserve to be treated like anyone else, not better, not worse. As for my thought-crime of not believing, only tyrants use the device of thought-crime. Your pretend God is made up as a real tyrant. You OK with that?
drfoxcourt 1 year ago
@drfoxcourt I think what your saying is stupid and you think what i'm saying is stupid. This is the relationship between Atheists and Monotheists, this conversation is not going anywhere because you are ignorant and you attempt to shrug off all the proof I throw at you as expected, If you won't believe I won't waste my time on you.
Gasterad12 1 year ago
@Gasterad12 I have yet to hear anything like proof. I'm not shrugging it off, I'm waiting for something beyond faith assertions. Do you know what evidence is (or more importantly what it is not)?
As I said early on, That which can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.
No evidence of God (for which I am grateful), so I dismiss the notion of God.
BTW - I would not condemn you to the hell you seem happy to endorse for me.
drfoxcourt 1 year ago
@drfoxcourt This is a misunderstanding, I think I'm mixing you up with the other guy on this video that I had a arguement with. I sent that certain user a list scientific miracles from the Qur'an and he continued to shrug them off even when he knew there was no way Prophet Mohammad could have known/guessed them. Anyway my mistake and I apologize.
Gasterad12 1 year ago

1. sharia doesnt allow torturing even its for the animal, we shouldnt torture living being, the most forbid is using fire to kill, if you have to "i mean have to, not want to" kill living being, then make if fast, painless
veexversa 1 year ago
@veexversa 2. sharia doenst allow children to grew by him/herself, you, as a parent should lead the way, when he/she came to age 10-16 when the puberty came, that is the time when your children free to choose what they want.
remember that torture is as forbidden as to kill, in sharia law, we are forbid to wage war with infidel, if we werent attacked
3. moslems are trustable
4. i shouldnt force them to understand me, when they misguided, if they are positive, they'll ask me
veexversa 1 year ago
@veexversa What is the penalty for leaving the faith?
drfoxcourt 1 year ago
@drfoxcourt there's no penalty, as i say, moslem only allowed to wage war to infidel, if the infidel are attacking, the same goes to the murtad, as they converted to other religion, the death penalty only applied to Zina(Fornication) and Murderer
veexversa 11 months ago
@veexversa It's odd you say there is no penalty, yet a large and very public number of the faithful, clerics in particular, have authorized the slaying of apostates. Is this a problem with the reasonable muslims not feeling empowered to criticize the theocratic parts of the government or do you think many muslims feel that murdering apostates is OK?
drfoxcourt 10 months ago
@drfoxcourt killing apostates were never okay, as i say, killing human were never okay, except for the reason i stated, the second of all, even some were true. most of the publication were fitna, what i belive is, mankind being dragged into conflict by deception, so we cant see the better truth of peace
the sharia law itself encourage peace, it do has some strict rules and heavy sentence
these heavy sentence were made to retain the willingness to obey
afterall rules were made as our guidance
veexversa 10 months ago
@veexversa Are you OK with stoning a woman who sleeps with a man who is not her husband? How about beheading an apostate? Do you think it is moral to strap on a bomb and kill people who did you no harm? Do you think it OK to maim people who break the law?
If you don't think these are OK, why allow "the will of Allah" to be used as an excuse?
Laws and rules are made by mankind for the benefit of their society. Nobody can claim with proof they got the laws from a divine source.
drfoxcourt 10 months ago
@drfoxcourt if that did happens, there are certain punishment, but he able to avoid the punishment, we moslem are believer of the life after death, the time where it said that you mouth shut, and other parts of your body that do the talk, so that there will be no lies, and no escape of certain punishment, for the bad things that happens in the life before death
if you ever wonder what the meaning of that, as you can see these days, even without talking, doctor can tell what desease you have
veexversa 10 months ago
@drfoxcourt remember that the 2 main value of a molsems are sabar (patience) and iman (faith)
that also apply to the war condition, moslem should be patience, so we can cut through our enemy, not using rage
finish them of at one blow, instead of going berserk and toture anything you pass through
infidel are halal to kill as they are enemy and hostile, if the should surrender, we should not spill their blood no more
i forget what verses, but its written on quran, if you like, i would search it
veexversa 10 months ago
@veexversa It seems to me that far too many muslims show far too little sabar and far to much iman. They have faith in spite of evidence. In spite of their patience, they insist that they be allowed to enact the laws that only Allah has the right to enact.
I admit torture is wrong. Maiming and killing are no less so.
Laws made by consensus of society are superior to any divine-inspired law because societal laws have a evidentiary basis. Divine laws have no basis other than the hope of faith.
drfoxcourt 10 months ago
@drfoxcourt no,this are one of the misconceptions people have, the two cannot be seperated, iman would mean nothing without sabr so does the viceversa
talking about the law, actually,we only start the trial court and commint the sentence based on confession of subject who violated the law and witnesses, law that forbids us to seeks even someone's smirch, this including, spying, stalking, observing someone's property without permit, and related to the forbid of gossiping, sentences are heavy for these act
veexversa 10 months ago
@drfoxcourt in sharia law, people who abuse the law in the name of allah, will have their day of punishment, even the escape the law in life phase, the afterlife court are inevitable, remember that molsem believe in afterlife existence, thats what suppose to gave us power to remain sabr
sadly people these days start to forget the essences of life itself, for us,moslems, allah not create us except to pray to allah, this including, hablum min annas(relation to other mankind),by mankind it means every one
veexversa 10 months ago
@veexversa 5. imaginary is included to "ghaib", we shouldnt talk about what is ghaib, its forbidden, mankind are solid, and posses many weakness, we shouldnt play as some omnipotent being
mate, maybe you should read quran, you'll love it, trust me, just be open minded, because quran is the only kitab that science and logical proofable, or perhaps, science and logic need to proof what is written on quran

1. What would your view of God be if you knew that God made the world perfect and the Devil corrupted it?
2. What would your view of God be if you were blinded to the truth and the truth is obvious to believers?
3. If you were God, would you have the right to make the rules?
stevestewart7777 1 year ago
@stevestewart7777 1. I would want to know who created the Devil and it was an omni god then he is responsible for corrupting his own creation.
2. Which believers and which god?
3. Yes but it would be my responsibility to keep the same rules. Any god that says do what I say not what I do is unworthy of anyone's worship.

The Devil is a created being. God spoke the Angels into existence. Some rebelled because the have free will.
There is only one God, the Christian God. Do some research and find out the history of each religion.
Life is short, hell is forever. I don't condemn you, we were born that way.
stevestewart7777 1 year ago
@stevestewart7777 The bible god is claimed to be omniscient and omnipotent. If this is true, then he knew before he created Satan that Satan would rebel and corrupt his creation. He went on and created Satan anyway making everything Satan does gods will. There are thousands of religions and thousands of gods, the bible god is just the one invented by bronze age goat herders.

F012TYF0U12 10 months ago
@F012TYF0U12 I am not omniscient and omnipotent. If I were, as it is claimed for the bible god, I would create a child with a nature ideal to be happy, with perfect judgement, knowledge hungry and benevolent toward his fellow man. I would never blame the child as I am the creator and he turned out just like I created him to be. I would never send any of my children to be tortured for eternity no matter how bad they turned out. This is not even a decent comparison to ask anyone. The person who posted this only gives his\her selection of answers, a bit like twisted polls that are designed to get the answers the polsters are seeking. Example: "Did you use a car or a bicycle to get away from robbing that bank, yes or no!!!!"

Im assuming this video would be directed at muslims too?

Q1 answer - torturing the dog will not make him/it better
Q 2 answer - everyone has their own spiritual path
Q3 answer- why should i go through the trouble, information is all but opportunity
Q 4 answer - i will rely on their spiritual development as algebra will not be required for pre-schoolers
Q5 - they will come to see me when they die anyway, who go through the trouble, cant you wait at least 70 years of your life then pass away?
