  • this guy is just asking for trouble jezz

  • you gave them your ID, why?

  • You lost me when you called him satan because he is fat (short version).... I have struggled with weight my entire life.. am I a satan also?

  • @Plsd2beme stupid, how did he call him satan because he is fat?? he said power-starved (meaning : Hungry for power)

  • wish I have the guts you do

  • American laws are protecting police a little bit too much, kind of excluding the possiablity of some police officers taking part in crime.

  • its kinda messed up when you have to exercise so much caution around our "protectors". Most cops are actually very professional and are no different than any other person, but i wonder if some were either bullied or bullies when they were growing up which results in them acting like children to people doing nothing wrong. I think most of their irrational behavior comes from fear of the unknown. They are trained to be very cautious and this can manifest into police brutality.

  • @Saisen10

    Agreed.

  • I was Arrested for asking questions with a Sony Handy Cam! I was never read my rights. My Camera and the DVD where completely destroyed, I was held Overnight at the Bridgeton,Mo 63044 police Dept without being charged with anything, Officer Livingston was and EGO feeding proposition out of control

  • The dollar bill is made to kill!

  • The Police are Fools of the Highest Magnitude and will do any thing to Protect an EGO other than the Constitution or the 14th Amendment most of them use this Paper to wipe their Ass

  • @jasper1754 Finally someone summarized the whole "Cop an Attitude" accurately!

  • As a police officer i would off beaten the black guy in the back seat.

  • love the Ron Paul sticker btw

  • Comment removed

  • knowing what the outcome is would have been nice??!!!!??

  • I've seen this in other videos too. The police act like they have some huge set of obligations if they are called, even though fake calls to the police and 911 are made all the time. They could have simply asked her if she was being held against her will and she could have said no. Aside from that they're in the parking lot of a place of which they are a paying customer using their wifi. At that point the police need to leave them alone, not ask for ID's so they can "document" what's going on.

  • Honestly you didn't even have to give him your ID either unless he was accusing you of an actual crime.

  • I'm glad you called the cops on yourself. This would have been a boring video otherwise

  • @MrPolopolo2010 haha yup

  • @Stackondat I hate cops

  • tax dollars at work

  • Fuck that pig

  • @Seattlesfiinest ? whats your problem lol

  • @Seattlesfiinest haha yup fuck pigs

  • Lol

  • You're a cop? :O i know this video is old and im JUST seeing it now, but amazing use of our rights.

  • these people are fat bastards ,they seem to think they can tell people what to do :(

  • he has a ron paul sticker on the back window thats the reason there fucking with him!!!!!!

    RON PAUL 2012

  • @blacksheep933 haha well said, i couldnt agree moree Ron Paul all the way!

  • In some states it is illegal to film. However, It is not illegal to either record video or to record audio. One or the other. Just not both.

  • Some seem to feel that this sort of thing is showboating-I do not. I think police act outside of the duties of their job every day-and their attitude regarding cameras is prima facia evidence that they are willing to violate our rights/laws. After all, they are OUR rights, and they are OUR laws, are they not? Who do they believe is paying them to work, exactly?

  • Although I commend you for complimenting the professionalism and courtesy of the officers, I find it to be the courtesy a snake provides in mesmerizing the mouse. As far as I know, it is NOT illegal to film an officer in the performance of his duties in a publicly accessible parking lot. Why, I must ask, should police be so afraid of someone creating documentary and submissable evidence of their conduct if they intend to remain within the law? It astounds me..

  • Say whatever you want. They owned you.

  • Good job man, these power hungry thugs need to be put in their place!

  • Wow you are a real dick.

  • i likes this dude

  • good job man

  • those goons with badges are criminal thugs.

  • what was the conclusion? did they give back the id's with no more questions, or did they still harrass you to let them search the car?

  • Not sure why you rolled up the windows....can't hear any audio....then you cut the video off. Seems very fishy that you do these "edits".

  • Why did you even get out of the car? He had no right or probably cause to pull you out of the vehicle. JUST SAY NO!

  • I didn't know God invented video cameras.. learn something new every day

  • Haha fuck yeah! They were ONLY courteous and professional because you CLEARLY knew what you were talking about, you could tell right at the start of the video when you say "I'm not answering anymore questions" and he's just like... k... :(. Excellent.

  • @Nookster123 No they where courteous because they where on Video and Audio I bet if he didn't have a camera the first cop that approached him would of been fucking his ass up.

  • Great video... Love the Ron Paul bumper sticker

  • if all charges made are legitimate and accurately reported, there is no abuse of power or unnecessary force used, if the officer has no intention of stealing or destroying personal property & the person filming poses no threat & isn't impeding them in doing they're job, I cannot imagine & have not heard any compelling argument why a good officer should fear a camera. Any of us can be filmed in public and often are.

  • Filming Is legal and often advisable, officers are encouraged to employ creative writing when putting together reports, have been known to employ excessive force & often take things that are not logged as evidence or property. yet its dangerous, if they can they will take your phone or camera & destroy any evidence. Its common for them to break your phone even if your not charged. Its best if you can instantly upload & if someone is filming you as well. If you see someone filming, film them.

  • "God given right"? How the hell you figure that?

  • HOLY FUCK ! LET THAT CUNT ASS FACE ..a west belfast or glasgow maniac ,hed get his fucking head kicked in ,the dick head

  • Jedi mind trick at 3:44. Cloud asks a series of questions that must be answered affirmatively or he would gain probable cause: "You're totally within the law, right? You don't have any weapons on you, right?". Then he goes right into: "Then you don't mind me checking right?" and then having agreed to previous questions you seem to reflexively agree to that one as well. I'm curious if in retrospect you feel you could have successfully refused a search of your person as well.

  • @Platinum1812 ... I think you can refuse a search of yourself as well as the car .... but then they call in the dogs to go around your car (but if you have nothing on you ,and you have the time to wast ... lol) ....

  • @TattooBull Your person or property cannot be searched without probable cause or a warrant. He should not have gotten out of the vehicle. He could have left.

  • only problem it is private property so if the owners tell you to leave you have to obey they have rights as well.. can't step on their rights

  • @Bocomarine The owners did not state they wanted the party to leave, at least as conveyed by the police officer. Whome just stated they called because there were people sitting in the car. If the business owners wanted the man and woman to leave they would have asked the police to inform the couple they were loitering and ask them to leave.

  • It is stunning reading all of the stupid pathetic sheeps deriding the uploader. Is it any wonder why our government is out of control? Any ass who doesn't hold the police in check is THE problem. The uploader was courteous, intelligent, and cooperative as legally required--no more, no less. How any of you shitheads can be so snively is a testament to the downfall of our country. Home of the brave and land of the free-- BULLSHIT When anyone stands up against the tyranny the sheep are horrified.

  • Well I think the uploader is a dick. Even if has a right, I think the last statement in this video is the key to this guys problem. He calls cops and I quote, "satanic-inspired power starved jackboot thugs" Well video uploader, I think that YOU have a problem, NOT this officer.

  • @scooterss2112Freedom of expression is also his right if not poorly timed/excersied.

  • I'm 100% for constitutional rights.

But you were annoying as fuck.

  • I dunno man, although it is not illegal to film a cop... its really fucking rude... and all you were doing was showboating for youtube. Oh yeah, it is also an offence to film or photograph somebody without their permission... so yeah, loop hole fucks you over.

  • @GoreGrindingTerror said: "Oh yeah, it is also an offence to film or photograph somebody without their permission."

Have a legal cite for this law you just made up?

  • Fat cop doesnt no the law but i bet he can tell u where the best donut shacks at.

  • I dont think god gave you that right. but good job dont take any shit from the cops !

  • @miles8775 well i wouldnt say any rights are god given all countries have different amounts, and some have none at all.

  • @Schutzstaffel23 - The rights are God-given. The State often taketh away, though.

We are about to learn the latter, given the NDAA "indefinite detention by military" provision.

    Stand by!

  • @miles8775 I dont believe the use of a camera is a right, it is an extension of your right to freedom. if he was filming people looting stores, it would be news. if you film an overpowered pig fuck, its justice. take away film, take away first hand info- then it becomes word vs word, and we are already guilty before innocent. Ive had cops change hand written evidence in the courtroom to ensure a guilty verdict, i saw it tried to prove it, 80% of judges are shitbags.

  • @ddddcheaper I wish i would have had a video camera rolling when I got pulled over on my bike, the cop and i almost got into a fistfight on his own accord, but I wouldnt have been able to prove it. Luckily there was other people around who witnessed it, even then it was out of control. we need more accountability (the police film for evidence against you!) and insurance against police retaliation for reporting unacceptable behavior. fuck rodriguez.

  • For the record, you were kind of a punk.

  • Think about it this way, you're being the civilian version of a douchebag cop. Be fair. An officer can pull you over and depending on his personality, can make your day into a living hell. Officers just doing their job don't appreciate what your doing anymore than you appreciate getting pulled over by some asshole parkway police officer.

  • i dont think it's your "god given" right to have a video camera on while police question you.. Quite honestly this is unneeded.Yes, you have the right to have a camera turned on,yes, you can flex your rights and refuse to cooperate when a cop is being a douche. But when it comes to the point where you sound like a whiney middle schooler, saying "I'm not going to turn the camera off" like 15 times, and telling your wife like 10 times in a row to lock all the doors, you need to step it down a notch

  • Im Black and I would NEVER attempt something like this...they dont give a SHIT about being on camera.....keep fucking with the police....your going to find out. lol

  • @SkyWalkinLikeLuke Coward, stand up to the criminals no matter what they are dressed up as.

  • @rmjeanes no, its true. Places like bathrooms, changing rooms, private establishments with restrictions, they all fall under the same category

  • When cops die people celebrate! Rainbows are made of pigs bastardized childrens tears!

  • Too bad i'm black. I woudnt even been asked for an ID just a "oh shit hes still here" followed by a baton to the face.

  • @420hih You forgot "Johnson. Sprinkle some crack on him."

  • What's with all the God talk? "Satantic-inspired power-starved jackboot thugs"??? People are the result of the society from which they are raised, not forced to do things by "the devil."

  • The guy who filmed this is an asshole. The police officers were both very nice guys. What a retard crackhead!

  • @rockrover2 How was he an asshole for asking why they were detaining him, and repeatidly telling them he did not consent to any questioning or search which is your constititional right. There was no propbable cause and he was not under arrest. Nor is it illegal to film police. The police in fact illegally detained the main and his wife and ignored his right to refuse consent to questioning and search.

  • The guy could have been a lot less of a dick.

  • the only time you can't film someone is if they have an expectation of privacy, a parking lot could be a bit of a grey area when it comes to privacy, but right in fron of the stores? No.

  • Well he must be a really dark CLOUD, LOL

  • That cop was nice. He was not breaking any rules.

  • @piscataway15 When they lie, they break the rules.

  • @piscataway15 He told them they could not film which is not accurate for one.

  • i don't understand the purpose of this posting. I guess some people just don't have much to do. Looks like they are living in the car. If I had some car sitting in my business parking lot (like some weirdo) I'd want the police to investigate.

  • so it seems they called for back up because they didn't want to get into trouble meaning we report the bad cops and the guys whos enforcing the bad cops gets off scott free those 2 cops there are the real criminals for making them do this

  • YOU GO MAN YOU HAVE DONE YOUR JOB NICELY. YOU FUCKING OWNED THEM

  • this guy is a fucking lying PIG.

  • Another bunch of fucktards who I would have been 100% for, until I saw the 911 truther bullshit. You guys are sad, pathetic little toads.

  • when you are defiant, it just causes problems. if you just cooperated, you probably would have been out of there in 5 minutes, instead, your way of doing things probably tied you and police resources up for over an hour just to make a point. you may be right on some points that you made, but you can be right and still end up being detained and harassed.

  • @lazypd3: I guess some people don't put a time limit on exercising a right.

  • @Pafoofnik1 when you are defiant bad things can happen. things that are not even your fault. You can be right and be dead right. It's not worth it for me. I'll just comply and be on my way rather that cause a scene. Maybe you can afford to spend an hour plus at a location or a day in jail to prove you're right but I can't do that. That being said, I would sure like to know what law was being violated in this video when the cop said it's illegal to video tape him.

  • @lazypd3 - being defiant is sometimes needed....and yes bad things can happen, but also good things can happen. Martin Luther King was pretty defiant and got him shot, but it also brought about alot of good change for us socially due to the fact that he was willing to stand up against something he knew was wrong. Now this guy may not be MLK, but if cops are running around behaving in a manner that is wrong and even against the law an everybody your attitude where would that leave us?

  • @lazypd3 do you want to be right if you have to be "dead right"?

  • @lazypd3 @lazypd3 The The First Court of Appeals ruled this year that "The filming of government officials engaged in their duties in a public place, including police officers performing their responsibilities, fits comfortably within these principles [of protected First Amendment activity]." In other words, the cop was violating the man's First Amendment rights. -

  • @Pafoofnik1 Well said!

  • @Pafoofnik1 not to mention the time wasted when the call, according to cop, was business owner said there were people in a car. Were they told or accused or lotiering? Otherwise, yes people sit in cars all the time. All the time telling the man he could not film which was incorrect then having to search him and then address the female? Again, based on what reason of being there? Becuase the man was a little arrogant about his rights and he had the cops on film?

  • @lazypd3 apathetic people like you give cops more power. so fuck you

  • @BeAnBeAn22 and people with attitudes like yours end up dead, beat up or in jail, smart ass.

  • @lazypd3 so do people that do not stand up for their rights so what is your point?

  • @lazypd3 yeah for your lazy fuck's freedom faggot

  • @lazypd3 and its funny because your username is "lazypd3" hahahaha just shut up man. Quit while you're behind.

  • @BeAnBeAn22 kiss my ass.

  • @lazypd3 The officer did not have probable cause to detain the man or his wife or execute a search of his person or property. The man also properly conveyed he did not consent to questioning or search yet the officer insisted and did anyway. The officer broke the law.

  • @76TomD excuse me, Mt. Street Lawyer but I guess nobody ever told you that a Police Officer has the legal right to detain you. You can tell the Officer that you don't consent to being questioned but the Officer can still legally question you. you can also refuse, but my point is that it doesnt mean the Officer has to stop talking to you because you told him you don't want to talk. Please give me the EXACT section or law that the Officer broke then, huh? Talking to you is not search and seizure.

  • @lazypd3 You cannot be detained without probable cause. Depending on the state, there are different time limits police have to be abole to prove probable cause. If they cannot prove probable cause, you cannot be held. If you are not being arrested you can ask if you are free to go and if they state no they have to state the reason based on a limited set of conditions.

  • @76TomD maybe you can point out what law anywhere says that. I would like to see it. Because you are just talking out your ass. You are just plain wrong. The law says that If you are suspected of committing a crime, which can be ANY crime that they even THINK that you MIGHT have committed, (and yes they can just make something up if they want and no one would EVER know) then you can be legally detained for 48 hours and they don't have to tell you ANYTHING. I was a Cop for 19 years. How about you

  • @lazypd3 OMG, how long you have been doing a job doesnt mean you are infallable. There was no probable cause or reasonable suspicion expressed in this stop. Even when the man asked the reason they were there was because 'someone called about someone in the vehicle'. No crime was expressed, if anything it would have been a well-being check. Or if the caller from the business wanted to complain about loitering then it would be an ordinance violation.

  • @76TomD well in this stop there were things said outside of the cart tha we cant hear. The whole story is not being told here because of that. You're taking one persons word for a lot of what was said. My point is, that if you want to be defiant, you better have a lot of time on your hands to waste.

  • @lazypd3 I think in this case you are mixing the man's right to excersie his rights with his crappy tone as being defiant.

  • @lazypd3 So you are saying you must be a cop for 19 years to know your rights, the Consitution/Bill of Rights, read the latest Federal Court ruling on taping cops, or be able to consult the ACLU?

  • @76TomD I keep asking for an exact listing of what exact law says what you are saying and you can't do it.

  • @lazypd3 The 4th to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, along with requiring any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. It was adopted as a response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, which is a type of general search warrant, in the American Revolution. Search and arrest should be limited in scope according to specific information supplied to the issuing court...

  • @76TomD that has nothing to do with detainment.

  • @lazypd3 4th amendment "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and Warrants shall not be issued, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

  • @lazypd3 Exceptions to the warrant req for government officials before they can arrest or search a person or their property:The Plain View Doctrine says that if an officer is lawfully present at a place, that officer may begin a search if they have probable cause that they are looking for contraband. The objects that they search and seize must be in plain view of the officer.

  • @76TomD The Open Fields Doctrine says that open fields, waters, woods, and other such areas may be searched and have objects seized without the presence of a warrant. Exigent Circumstances are when the officer is allowed to perform a search and seizure without a warrant because they feel that it is necessary to the safety of themselves, other officers, the public, and their property. Motor Vehicle Exception:

  • @76TomD The Motor Vehicle Exception is when an officer can search a vehicle if they have probable cause without a warrant but cannot search the people inside the car without probable cause or unless those people gave their consent.

  • @lazypd3 said: "then you can be legally detained for 48 hours "

Speaking of proof, please present your proof that I can be detained for 48 hours without arrest after I've asked if I am free to go.

  • @Pafoofnik1 call ANY police station and ask them. There will be your proof. Or call any Attorney in the entire country and ask them. They will tell you how you can be detained for up to 2 days with no proof of anything, all they need is a suspicion. I can't believe that you don't already know this.

  • @lazypd3: No thanks. I have no desire to do your homework for you.

You said there's is a law that I "can be legally detained for 48 hours ".

I think you are wrong, so asked for proof.

    Where is it?

  • @Pafoofnik1 Ca. Penal Code Sec. 148 Go read it all. It's all there, Mr. Street Lawyer.

  • @lazypd3: I think you are lying. I did a search for "48" on your so-called proof

    and didn't find it.

I imagine that's why you didn't quote it...

    Where's your proof?

  • @Pafoofnik1 learn to read, you dickless wonder. its penal code section 148 and 152. not 48.

  • thanks for the information folks...spread the word on this bs practice.

  • I love this shit! Cops need to learn they are not above the law either!

  • Cop=10,292 Civilian=0

  • @Anthonyclaunch

If I was to take a rattlesnake and put it into a baseball, would it be then called a denominator?

Doesn't make sense? Well, neither does your comment, so what's the difference.

  • i think it's time to have all cars equipped with cameras and mics for recording purposes that can be activated with a push of a button. also with a portable clip on mic for when these goons ask you to leave your car. Crazy thing is i never heard him once ask the lady in the car if she was okay... that's showing alot of concern!

  • that was really just an epic fail.. what did he accomplish? nothing. didn't he still end up being searched and leaving his camera behind? hey man kudos for trying these cops are out of control i agree. we gotta cut the head of the beast not patronize individuals. lets get together people.

  • this guy is doing a huge act...the cop

  • @achzdck Uuuhhhhhh...Dont forget to take you MED'S!

  • And if they wanted to search it they could of went to a judge, and got a warrant.....

  • That "wife" of yours could of also been a walker, how do the cops know, they have heard it MILLION TIMES! "Oh that my wife" "Oh that's my friend" come on now

  • @shanvhere78 - you are missing the point...nobody is saying the cops are not there for good reason...the point is if you are a cop there for good reason...do you your damn job that you are claiming to be around a good reason and make it evident by not paying so much damn attention to the fact that a camera is rolling while you are doing your job. he is sitting here having a pissing contest with this guy about turning off his camera as if it somehow deters him from doing police work. WTF!!!!

  • Looks like a bunch of hippies, living out of a car, trying to test the system. Cops are there for a reason they got a call. Stop being a DICK and follow directions, and stop being defiant.

  • I'm sorry, but if anyone is afraid of a camera, they're doing something illegal, intimate, or immoral.

  • @zakkyummms maybe they're just self-conscious about their weight.

  • @toroga1 impossibru, :)

  • @zakkyummms - exactly right!

  • @zakkyummms Not necessarily, the majority of people are affraid of cameras because they are just insecure and are concerned with the way they look. :]

  • Us saying RESIST, but u didnt do shit to resist...

  • 1st Amendment right violation against the NAZI West Covina NAZI police officer to demand a private cititzen to tell them to shut off their camera. The NAZI police does not know he law better then anyone else. Its simple! 1st Amendment right to record anyone you want in your own person property.

  • IT IS NEVER ILLEGAL TO FILM IN PUBLIC. WHEN U STEP INTO "PUBLIC" FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE ALOUD TO BE FILMED....HENSE THE WORD " PUBLIC" NOT "PRIVATE". The cop knew the guy was not commiting a crime but under state law police ARE aloud to lie to you. That where the " its illegal to video tape a police officer" comes in. They are nothing but liars. And under NO CIRCUMSTANCES would the cop have a right to handcuff and jail someone for " mentioning a camera" its all empty threats by a fatass pig

  • AWESOME VIDEO. STAND UP FOR REVOLUTION. KILL THE PIGS. SEND THESE DEMONS BACK TO HELL.

  • I hate to say it. But the cop might be right about stating that filming in THAT situation is illegal. The recent decision states that it is legal to film in public. Shopping center parking lots usually aren't public property. Protesters of businesses have to stay on side-walks for that reason. What if it was the owner or representative of the shopping center that called? Just a thought.

  • Whats the beat that the guy filming was the one who called the cops in the first place, just to start something?

  • i just put this video on facebook and im sure it will spread!

  • lol its like your a little mouse mentioning the same shit over and over again. The cop didnt even make a big deal out of it. YOU did.

  • There is something funny about this video??

You say it's NOT illegal to film cops.. and yet there is not footage after 5:24

So did the cops seize you camera..

Eithey way you didnt exert any of your rights

  • @badpanda84 if it was seized how would he post this video? dumb fuck

  • @BeAnBeAn22 My point is that he didnt exerty any of his rights -- because the cops said he isnt allow to film -- and he didnt ( after 5:24) -- so he didnt exert any of his rights at all.

  • YEAHHHHH WEST COVINA ALL DAY!!!!

  • Don’t even speak to an officer if they saw anything that would justify them arresting you under there peace officer jurisdiction you would have been arrested. If they pull you up and only talk to you they are trying to crate a verbal contract with there legalese bullshit and you have no obligation to engage with a peace officer that hasn’t seen you breach the peace. Just ask are you detaining me if they say no say goodbye and drive off if they stop you the reason will have to hold in court.

  • this video will not load. WTF

  • They're trained to ask you things that when you answer, You surrender your rights.

Like a cop pulling you over, he comes to you and asks, "Do you know how fast you were going?" And if you answer with, "Yes." He'll ask "How fast?"

If you say 70 and the limit is 60, He just tricked you into admitting to a police officer that you broke the law.

No matter what you do after that, He has you, and you can't contest it.

  • the nicer you are to a cop the less chance he'll give you a ticket. Ive been nice to every cop thats pulled me over and never got one ticket.

  • For real this jackass is still on here?

  • For real this jackass is still on here!

  • this guy is bold lol im a wuss when it comes to cops

  • This is. What just- I don't have anything to say about the idiocy displayed here

  • Ur a fag, u just talked a bunch of shit and at the end complyed with their illegal orders...

  • i got pulled over in west covina. by 1 cop. then 2 more cop cars showed up and the helicopter flashed its 'illuminati' eye at me.

  • so what was the outcome of all this, did you just end going on your merry way?

  • In your car & from your car, in your house & from your house: you can film anything and everything.

  • America has no more rights but the right to be silent and work for nothing and pay the feds that's it.

  • I love that he has a Ron Paul sticker in the back window of his car!!!! RON PAUL 2012!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I wouldn't have even given consent to search my person!!!!! That cop thinks he knows the law better than someone because he's a cop and the other person is a civilian. Cops aren't attorneys! Most cops I've inquired to about the law were wrong. I wanted to see, so I started looking up specific laws and then asking police officers about them. About 70% of the time they were wrong, and another 20% were honest and said they didn't know. Plus, what if the man in the car was in fact an attorney?
