  • @hewcharles Only a few old Mooney's have Porsche engines. The Acclaim has a Teledyne-Continental engine.

  • Normally 75-80 over the numbers, you can do 70kts if short field landing, but all depends on wind conditions. Mooney isn't the best short field aircraft really, but great performance and I think one of the most efficient single engine pistons out there.
