Truly a legendary Aussie band. Iva Davies is

a great vocalist and song writer.He is a classsically trained musician who plays oboe, piano and guitar. He has written scores for ballets and films. And he penned so many great Icehouse songs. Real talent!Thanks for posting this.

yep he used to play bass for Icehouse prior to being asked by Gilmour to tour with Floyd in 1987...he later on married Rick Wright's daughter ..lucky bastard!

If I could describe Icehouse I'd say they're

I remember an interview with ID on their return after this tour and how he freaked out while playing,seeing Bowie singing along backstage - how surreal it would have been for ID in his early days
