liquid latex, available at any costume shop or make up fx shop. itll take a few layers and can be applied with anything from a q-tip and all you do stretch your cheek somehow whether it be by opening your mouth as wide as you can, or by pressing outward in you mouth with a tounge depressor and put on a few layers and then release the tension. As a result the latex will wrinkle and bunch up, and then from there its all just experimentation depending on how accurate you want to be.
