The dude isn't nude!! LOL You'll see if you play and pause this you'll see that he has on white biker shorts. So...not a nude streaker at all! Also...if you notice, the weather guy says "streak of wild weather"..."the wind is whirling"...you see the weather guy snicker and then the dude in the biker shorts goes running around behind him. I believe this was a "setup" and it could have been some guy from the weather crew...who knows. After all, he did say it was going to be a long night! LOL

LOL, that's awesome. TWC has been shit for years anyway, they needed something like this to get people interested again. You don;t create a channel specifically for a certain demographic (wx nerds) like TWC did in 1982, and then try to 'MTV' your ass into the mainstream (which they've been doing the past decade). TWC is a travesty of television like MTV, only they weren't even cool in their heyday.
