I have a modded mmats d300hc putting out 1900rms and just put in the hd4000.1 running a dd9515d at 1 ohm and i put up the same number on a termlab mic. Do you think this amp really does 4000rms? Dave at Mmats says it's twice the power of my modded 300hc but it obviously isn't. Any thoughts?

Don't talk. Do the 160+ yourself ;) Yes it is possible to do a 160. But then it's not possible to hear music as good as with this setup now. It would not be that brutal, as it is now. For high number i use a panda. For brutal music i use my focus. You should learn something about acoustics ; And don't forget. The world records in the street classes are over here in Europe :) So you have to learn
lol they are beatin apart that focus you do alota dmattin at all or second skin? seems to sound clean altho the spoiler is about to snap off =) awesome subs man

Juggernauts love 4000 watts rms. The great thing about the HD4000's is they are rated at 4000 rms @ 13.8v!! Imagine what it would produce on a 16+ volt charging system!! 76% efficiency at full power FTW!

@smigletat This is not true. It is not possible to produce over 4000 Watt with 13.8 V and 260 A (It would be 3588 Watts with 100% efficiency). I don't know exactly but i think a friend of mine measured over 400 A at full power.

Der Juggernaut ist DER Sub schlechthin und dein System stellt so ziemlich alles in der Klasse mit 2 15ern (zum Musikhören) , was ich kenne, gnadenlos in den Schatten.
Gestern erst wieder gehört deine beiden Süßen, einfach leckerst.

Yes they can handle the HD4000s. But the Juggs i'm running have flat wire coils. Don't need to turn the Amps down..why?

You need to add to this that the HD4000 @ full power only draws 260 amps of current FTW
