@Foxtailfox Nope... but you could try the "simulated quick-fire" technique that can be done with any blaster, which is basically timing your trigger pulls to the forward movement of the pump action.

@lonelyislandfreak091 Nope, i still have both the Praxis box and its instructions, and there is absolutely nothing on them that says it has slam-fire feature.... in addition, i have tested more than a dozen Praxis units, and none of them have slam-fire either.

@lacsarl9 Hmmm... that's not actually "slam-fire" though (not the same as in a Raider where the trigger is held down throughout the firing process), its basically just timing trigger pulls during the forward pump movement, which can also be done on a Recon or Deploy too.

Although it does increase RoF... i guess labeling it as "slam-fire" might confuse some people, 'cos its usually a term to describe the special firing mechanism in a Raider or Alpha Trooper.

@SGNerf Even when I shhot mt praxis indoor it turns right at like a 10-20 degree angle Is this normal for these discs? Also when my discs get slightly dirty they mis-fire and travel about 20 feet? Any thoughts?

@Ungmonable The discs do fly in a slight gentle curve, its a characteristic similar to a frisbee. If your discs are worn out or damaged, they will naturally exhibit lower performance (just like with foam darts), make sure you only use those that are in good condition... though i've not encountered mis-fired shots so far, even with discs that are frayed at the sides with visible wear.

@SgNerf that's the only thing that would make me weary of the product: problems with worn down discs. Secondarily, availability of ammo in stores, and thirdly, that you can't make your own the way you can with nstrike darts. Still it looks like a solid product

@MrUltimateRetard "Slam-fire" is a feature on some Nerf blasters (ie. Raider, Alpha Trooper) whereby you can just hold down the trigger, then pump the front grip repeatedly to fire a constant stream of foam darts. The rate-of-fire (RoF) will depend on how fast you pump the front grip.
