hey, for such a small room why not just put up one tripod with a tbar instead of the 10ft with only 3 lights on it? you'd save some setup time and not have to carry as much.

That's one monster load in. Haven't they ever heard of the ADA? Americans with Disabilities Act / American DJ Act that says there has to be wheel chair / hand truck access?
