You can go to the Australian Radio website and hear streaming audio of a radio station in Tok Pisin. It broadcasts from Northern Australia to PNG.

PNG was an Australian protectorate until after WWII.

In the South Pacific, Tokpisin from Papua New Guinea - is more commonly referred to non native speakers as Pidgin English..
