Having 2 citizen parents is not a requirement for American citizenship. Read INS website rules under INA:ACT 300's through these rules you will observe that it takes only 1 citizen parent to be an American citizen.

The British Nationality laws that were on the books at the time of Barack Obama's birth are what apply to him today - NOT the INS laws of the 21st century! And it's also in the Law of Nations - which by the way is included in the Constitution. It states that anyone who commits a crime on the high seas, against the United States or against the Law of Nations can be charged with treason!
