6k not bad...even if i make 8k..btw you might use death and dacay (you are unholy dad its feeded)i was making a cool trick to increases my dmg in 3.3.5....i was using blood present (increased dmg whene 3.3.5 as we all know)thene by rotation: /castequense reset:3 icy touch,plague strike,blood strike(increase the diseases dmg),scourge strike,scourge strike and thene spaming of death coil...whene wanted hit datha and dacay open blood tap to creat a death rune(ever active HoW whene its in out of CD)

@PvP thank you for the vid and the info on rotation, I just recently switched my spec to unholy and I was having a hard time with rotation. My main spec is or rather was Blood now my 2nd spec. I am more into dps and still need to practice my tanking for blood. Plus I am not yet geared up so not a good idea for me to tank yet :), I play WoW for the fun of the game and so any info is much appreciated here. Again thank you :)

As an active Frost Dk, I can vouch for the frost spec dealing more dps, but unholy is about diseases, damage over time and minion dps, so the dps will naturally be lower than instant dps.

And to everyone that complains about him being a clicker, so what? Thats like hateing on someone that eats cheese doodles with a fork. It's all down to what people feel secure with. Some people use macros, some people click, and some people smash their heads on the keyboard, hoping to hit a damage spell.

I'm sorry, but a lot of you seem to be sadly miss-informed. Talents and tips are direct copies from Elitist Jerks forums, and does not substitute for skill. Also, his rotation is -NOT- good, as you say. As an Unholy DK your ghoul is expected to do around 30-40% of your damage. Cooldowns such as [Dark Transformation] should be used every time available in that regard. His first DT was ready at 2.20 seconds, and he didn't use it until 2.50. I'm not trying to be bashful, this is just how it is.

Some people like unholy, I love DW frost, I've dps in all three spec's, blood first then unholy and lastly frost which i stayed. 4.0.1 gave us a buff in damage. I use unholy in pvp only and would never bring it into a raid. That's just me.

Keeping up diseases is, as it’s always been, the most important thing, partially for their own potent damage, but primarily because they boost everything else we do. While diseases may only last 33 seconds and Outbreak has an unreducable 60 second cooldown, Festering Strike will bridge the gap, making it so you never have to resort to IT or PS in regular play on a single target.

if you would like to revise this rotation to fit with cata it's outbreak > fester > fester > SS spam with all 4 d.runes and 2 greens. incase of screw ups blood tap works. with festers and outbreaks you won't need to apply diseases the old fashion way
