I'd say 25 turns per minute as that's what we need to get the impression of fluidity in films.

Wolfnoriil Yes, i would also give 25 fps a qualified guess. As the camera probably does 50, therefore giving the good quality of video. If it was 60 Hz vid, the image would look more sketchy. ;)
