Floyd isn't better than Robinson. Not by a long shot. Undefeated doesn't mean you are the best, Marciano was udnefeated and he no where near as good as Ali. By the way, after his first loss, to the great Jake Lamotta, Robinson didn't lose again for 127 fights. Floyd won't even get near that number. Robinson has more KO'S than Floyd has wins. It's not a big difference, especially since Pacquiao agreed to take the test after the fight. There is usually a two week cut-off date for each fighter, and I think they'll take a urine test on the day of the fight, and another test after the fight. And Mayweather is the only proven cheater, since he takes novocaine in his hands.

Manny's fight at Dallas Cowboys stadium is the new way to go. These state of the art stadiums really bring out the glitz and pageantry of the fight. Compared to the old and very limited Vegas arenas. The Cowboys stadium is like going to the Playboy mansion while some of Vegas's arenas are like a nice Gentlemen's club.

People want to be entertained and Floyd's style is not about great TV anymore. He has dramatically changed his style after 2002. More running and less offensive. Floyd isn't better than Robinson. Not by a long shot. Undefeated doesn't mean you are the best, Marciano was udnefeated and he no where near as good as Ali. By the way, after his first loss, to the great Jake Lamotta, Robinson didn't lose again for 127 fights. Floyd won't even get near that number. Robinson has more KO'S than Floyd has wins. I love Floyd too, though.

It's not a big difference, especially since Pacquiao agreed to take the test after the fight. There is usually a two week cut-off date for each fighter, and I think they'll take a urine test on the day of the fight, and another test after the fight. And Mayweather is the only proven cheater, since he takes novocaine in his hands.

He turned down 25 million to fight Clottey for about 6 to 10 million. Floyd opponent make more money than Manny. Mosley is having his biggest pay with 20 million against Mayweather.

@mrtony80 Pacquiao didn't quite dominate Clottey. He just out-hustled him and Clottey stopped fighting. Clottey was hitting Pacquiao with clean shots for at least the first half of the fight. Had Clottey wanted it more and kept hitting him with those right hand counters that Pacquiao can't seem to defend since the Marquez and Morales fights, he would've lossed.

Floyd weakness is fighting busy fighters which he seldoms do. Zab who kept Floyd busy for 5 rounds just kept tagging Floyd until Zab was losing his stamina. Slow and very conventional boxers are Floyd's choice of fighters. And when DLh kept Floyd busy, DLH was getting in shots easily. Even Hatton was getting in because he kept Floyd busy. Imagine Manny Pacquiao who has the stamina to even fight 24 rounds will certainly get in Floyd.. Manny also can match Floyd's speed, and has more power.

Manny's fight at Dallas Cowboys stadium is the new way to go. These state of the art stadiums really bring out the glitz and pageantry of the fight. Compared to the old and very limited Vegas arenas. The Cowboys stadium is like going to the Playboy mansion while some of Vegas's arenas are like a nice Gentlemen's club.

This fight was one of the worst and most boring. In the end, there was a chorus of boos and people demanding their money back. People want to be entertained and Floyd's style is not about great TV anymore. He has dramatically changed his style after 2002. More running and less offensive. Most of the fans were dead quiet, which doesn't translate well to the TV audience because no one felt the electricity of the fight. It was like a 1,000,000 watt light bulb turned to a 10 watt light bulb.

I agree with you - the point is that people who never stepped into the ring don't appreciate the skills, talent and perfection Floyd has. I'm a boxer and I know what it takes to see every punch comin', not gettin' hit and counter - all that in great fashion...
