Wow i used to like this show until i went to college. Let me enlighten you, what is this show demonstrating? well let me tell you that they show how females are inferior to men. well i object to that and know that females and males are equal. Society won't fool me!!!

@Butterfly073 Actually it's not at all, if anything it's actually rebuking those taboos. Jill is smarter than Tim and Tim has no idea of what he's doing. "Look at all those wires!"

At the same time Jill has her own flaws and Tim can be helpful.

The show is about showing that they are equal partners in marriage, but with different pros and cons.

@Butterfly073 Also notice the fact that in the beginning JIll was ironing and Tim was sitting on the couch watching tv. At the end Tim is wearing gloves-implying he just washed the dishes-and Jill was sitting on the couch watching tv. The roles in that short episode were completely reversed. Most of the episodes follow this format.

So the idea that the show is about putting "women in their place" is just not true at all.
