  • Fantastically!

  • Are those sterbai or trilineatus

  • @blownable

The little one is a trilineatus. The big guy is not, his name escapes me. A coworker's wife picked them up as a pair for about $2 when she heard on of my other fish died and they looked exactly alike until the bigger one started to grow. I forget what he is but I know he ended up being worth a lot more than a dollar. A happy error in my favor. At this time the catfish are all that is left in the tank. All the rest went to the great fish tank in the sky.

  • You mean the hoplo catfish? they are very long lived

  • the angelfish looks gorgeus

  • hey outsider,

The bump on the head is very common in adult angelfish. It can actually be a way of sexing them. Generally only males will have the bump but you konw theres always an exeption to that rule.

  • gorgous tank and fish :-)

  • Thanks!

  • wow your lucky to have room in your office for a fish tank, mine hasnt enough room to swing a cat(fish)!

  • It's only 30 gallons but it is a great addition to my office. Sometimes I turn from my computer and see the angelfish staring at me and I wonder just _who_ is on display.

  • what type of angel fish is that??Never seen a humpy head one before!

  • It's a gold marbled angel but I don't think they all have that head. I think this one is just really smart. :)

  • he must be if he lives in an office!!

  • Hmmm... he _does_ stare at the computer scren a lot.

  • All male angelfish get that hump with age. That hump just means he's been around for awile.
