Posca markers and acrylic paint. Try the posca's out, they work great on just about any surface.

This is an awesome display of the process. What kind of paints did you use? Who or what was the inspiration for this window piece? I plan on doing a window mural for a next project and I hope you can shoot me some tips. Thanks
