First of all, it really really hurt reading your post. REALLY. Second, Since WoW came out before Guild Wars, they probably didn't steal the dances. Anyway, neither Guild Wars or WoW came up with any of thiese dances. Especially not this one. They copied the order of the ritualist/BE male dance moves from Napoleon Dynamite - ONLY THE ORDER. The moves are classic moves, and are very old.
Guild Wars had the Napoleon Dynamite dance WAY WAY before Blood Elves got it. Don't kid yourself, WoW stole the idea from Guild Wars for their Blood Elves =/
Plus, it looks WAY better when the Ritualist does it. As do most of the Guild Wars dances.
