oh yeah. that's a convocation choir so they should have been on point they made up for the mistake towards the end .,......all i can say is rehearsal... convocation is just like a community choir you dont have to sing unless you want too.

Wow... that exchange was ugly... was she invited to sing at that church... maybe they aren't the best musicians/singers... if they haven't rehearsed w/ her before, then they wouldn't know how to do things... plus, it's always a plus to have someone who knows how to READ music in addition to playing by ear... an ugly exchange nonetheless... ppl who don't know God & are coming to God's house don't need to see that...

The choir actually got better during the vamp... Clearly this song/arrangement is above their collective ability - not uncommon for most church choirs.

Choirs are not usu. comprised of "professional", recording-level singers. It's a reflection of volunteers in the community who come... and the director... nonetheless, if they come w/ a pure heart to sing and minister... then that is what is more important... polished or unpolished... to show that kind of stuff in front of congregation is discouraging.. that stuff needs to be hased out in rehearsal.
