Thanks for the information. I love learning new things! As the camera panned past I assumed it was Sake since I had enjoyed some in China. Now I am sorry that I didn't know that when I was there. I love sake and it would have been fun to have a taste comparison!

those are not Sake.... Sake (Japanese) is made of rice, those Chinese liquors are made of Sorghum.... they taste stronger and usually something like 38% or 56% alcohol...
