Ice sheets are quite natural with the contemporary continental layout. In any case, arguing with the past doesn't give us any right to accelerate the progression of natural cycles with massive greenhouse emissions.

It has to do with the position of the continents and the position of earth relitive to the sun. The earth doesn't rotate in a perfect circle so it goes through natural cycles. For example say the earths orbit were to dramatically move 10% farther away from the sun we would freeze like mars (but mars looks warm because of Its CO2 atmosphere)

Global warming is a myth, all higher/better scientists who where ranked for such from other reasons than this claim that global warming has flaws and errors in it's theories. You are correct. The sea level would be much lower due to the water being trapped in the ice sheets and glaciers around the world. But this animation does give us familiar points of reference. While there are computer models that can show what the coastlines would look like with a lower sea level the purpose of this animation is to show the location of glaciers and ice sheets.
