Slow the reps , take it slow feel the muscles working and slowly squeeze and hold. You are using way too much momentum which is no where near as effective.. just try it , cut out momentum and see how good it feels.
You need to breathe, not breathing does NOT make you look cool or strong, it just means your muscles wont get the oxygen they need thus the muscle will get fatigued much faster and risk serious injury.
Secondary, the form, doing it fast means you can do more weight but it does nothing for your arms.
But in all seriousness, you should honestly go slower. It may seem counter productive, but it makes a world of difference. It's not about pumping out more reps as fast as you can, dude lol
The only reason I can think of that you did it that fast was to fit all the exercises in the video lol
sloooooow down buddy. Thats how you get results is by slow controlled motions especially on the way down. 2-3 seconds on the way up and 2-3 seconds on the way down. Try it you will thank me later

The longer you take to complete a rep (positive and negative reps) - The more you overload your muscles. Get a better pump, gain more control, tear more fibres.
If your body building your main aim is to overload and tear as many fibres as possible. Which in turn forces the fibres to knitt back together causing them to get bigger. Hope this helps.
Bad form on tricep press - Be carefull with your elbows. You'll hit the muscle more if you keep your elbows tight. Dont lock out too hard you will damage your elbow which will effect you when you do many exercises.
Bicep curls - Very quick and thrown up there - And try keeping your elbows tight again. Reverse grip is more of a finishing exercise - Not so compound.
And.. Shrugs? Slow them right up again and hold at the top so you can contract your traps.
you're doing yourself a dis-service with all those reps and will make it harder for your muscles to grow. Add a lot more weight a push for 4-6 sets at 6-8 reps. Push to add more weight each week if it's only 2 1/2 pounds that's ok. Then drink your proteins 30 minutes after your workout. It hurts to see this form...
tip: if you move your core/torso too much while your lifting the weight,it takes away from the effectivness of the wark out on your arms.try to keep your core steady,proper form gives you better results/growth...

this guys an idiot!, i have the same set!< with the same weights that are on it, trust me, its not 30 dude, you need to know how to make kg into lbs, its a york fitness bar, the bar weighs about 6 lbs, and the weights are 15 kg (3 x 2.5) either side, but ive put heavier on.
don't move dude! rockin' your back - back and forth = momentum helpin' you push and pull! Make sure your muscles do that and not momentum. That why you MUST always stand still and straight to ensure the muscles you wanna work out gets worked!
that's right. You'e supposed to keep body straight, elbow relaxed so the only thing you're working out are your triceps. This dude is movin' too much so all/some of the muscles on his upper body are the ones pushin' this weight, not his triceps.
But like some other people said, Make sure you keep your elbows in and slow down to make sure you're targeting the triceps. I had this problem because I just wanted to get the workout done with but I'll tell you what. Taking your time on these types of workouts increases the results you'll get imensely. Just some advice dude. Keep it up though :)
the form isn't so good.... not criticizing but try to keep your tri's in one spot. as far as the other exercises you used ur back to much..ditch the "ego" and use strict form. then you'll get results
