i am soooo jelous of you! ever since i started watching OTH i have wanted to visit Wilmington. it looks soooo beautiful! I really want to go to UNC of Wilmington once i graduate.
I actually live in Wilmington. And one of my friends was just cast as an extra for One Tree Hill. I still don't know what the show is or what it's about.
you guys went to Oak Island!!!!!!!!!! Thats where my family has gone on vacation every summer for about 40 years now! I wanna live down it that area someday! It's such a beautiful place! I know my way around Oak Island almost better than I know my way around my hometown! :D
Its absolutely gorgeous. I'm giving up my dream to go to Ohio State Universtity when I graduate because I'm going to North Carolina as soon as i'm able to move out! oh and I'm extremely jealous that you got to meet Chad Michael Murray ;)
I've enjoyed watching this. It looks like you had a great time. By the way - the picture you took of the bridge behind the parking lot. Where you were standing - that used to be where the platforms were for the Atlantic Coast Line passenger trains.
I lived in wilmington for 4 years when I went to UNCW. Loved it and miss it so much. I met the cast a few times and they're all pretty amazing. My freshman year they did a charity football game and raised money. Chad called my best friend and left her a voicemail on her phone. Very nice people. They used to film on campus all the time, like when Karen was going back to school, a lot of times they were filming at UNCW so we saw them around a lot.
I would LOVE to go to UNCW! But it's a little too far away from home for me. The cast is awesome!! They are really down to earth and really appreciate their fans.

It's filmed all over in Wilmington. But the studio stuff is filmed at Screen Gems. To meet the cast you find out when and where they are filming on location and if you just stand there and wait most of the time they will come over!! I know they just started filming Season 7 like a week ago and I'm not sure how long they will film. It's usually til March/April but they take a break around X-mas. If you find out the filming schedule let me know!

My friends and I were planning on going to the studio but we got too busy and chose to go to filming instead. I want to go back too!! I'm probably going to my next spring break! :)

But I think I'm gonna make this sacrifice because I love James Lafferty !!! He came in PAris few months ago but as I don't live there I haven't saw him !! SO saddddd

I was there about two years ago...actually it'll be exactly two years on friday! And my best friend is in NC with her dad; she'll be going to Wilmington on Friday :) So exciting! And I definitely want to go back there some day!
