I watched the "THE DEVILS BACKBONE" , but I think the two movies are not the same . The only one thing that it was similar is that a ghost is a child.

Especially the main point of the "Dorm" is about "friendship" of the lonely boy and a lonely boy ghost....

I think it's because according to the movie,the school is a kind of an old school and it's outside Bangkok.

Many people say that this film based on the true story

Because there is the real "school" in the movie.

It is Assumption - Sriracha school.

The school established in 1942 and located in Sriracha ( Chonburi Province)

and there was a story about the child-ghost in that school
