You think that a specific group needs help and you want to do something about it, that's commendable. But do it with your own money and find some worthy charity because they will do more good with the money than the government will.

Ironically, for "going the way of dinosaurs", they are on the top as far as most watched news networks are concerned. Fox is doing extremely well, which why the other networks, especially msnbc, are so raving jealous and pissed off. I think you try passing this kind of stuff off as "delusional" in order to avoid feeling guilty if it were true. Furthermore, Im not sure you understand the implications of saying you watch it for laughs. its illogical, and pretty much states that some people would waste their time watching a station they hate, to be entertained, while gleefully laughing at the coverage as a means to make them feel superior about themselves. Personally, its just immature, as those are the types of ppl who would watch it for "evil" laughs.

Fox only seems scary to liberals because unlike networks like CNN & MSNBC, Fox actually presents a conservative point of view from time to time. When the entire range of political thought on the other networks goes from left to far left, anyone who gives the conservative opinion from time to time can seem hopelessly right-wing. I respect Fox news a lot more than MSNBC. Fox is far more fair and balanced.  I mean you've got moderates like Hannity on board, you've got progressives like Beck...great contributors like Bill Kristol, Steve Doochy, Brian Kilmeade, Brit Hume, Ann Coulter...smart and fair lawyers like Megyn Kelly, and financial wizards that keep it apolitical, Neil Cavuto. It's great that Fox is run by smart, non-partisans like Murdoch and Ailes, who don't stand to lose millions in taxes just like the pundits.
