New Jersey students rank #4 in SAT scores nationwide.
Does he want to cut spending Texas style?
Texas and just four other states receive a failing grade when it comes to educating science students about evolution, a foundational concept in the biological sciences.
(1of2)America, you're are listening to a LEADER!! This man is a CHAMPION in the making. This man has what it takes to lead the United States!! Watch what happens in New Jersey, you will see the kind of growth, the kind of rebound that is ONLY possible when CONSERVATIVE policies are instituted.
(2of2)Chris Christie is going to hold a clinic on what conservative ideas can do if they are properly implemented. I predict that this man will become the President possibly as soon as 2012. This man will DESTROY Barack Obama. A debate between Chris Christie and Barack Obama would expose Obama as the fraud he is!! Chris Christie, the MAN to watch!!
@Therockett1 are you kidding me....chris christie is liberal compared to the GOP idiots....this guy is also a career politician and one of the obama's biggest strengths is public speaking and debating....most GOP political advisors have said that in the past....
Next President of the United States of America...thank God!! Hes Reagan and Capone combined..kind of guy we need to bust-heads around here! Hes the Anti-Obama! love him!
Gov. Christie said. "You're not going to fix this tax situation by continuing to load more and more taxes on people who have both the ability to leave the state and the inclination to leave the state if they feel as if they are being treated unfairly."
I guess the Gov's rich cronies were using his 9 year old son's favorite words: "unfair"!
@Gloomshadow1 Gloom, and here I thought New Hamshire has a wonderful tax rate for the wealthy. And so many wealthy folks in Connecticut... must be a reason. Corporate Thug Christie just repeated what his 9 year old says: "No fair!!!" As long as the Haves and Have-Mores are asked to do their part in the NJ budget crisis, Christie's answer will be "no fair".
@Gloomshadow1 No, gloom... I work, but working men tend to notice hypocrits like the Thug Christie when they cator to the Haves and Have-Mores. We working guys wonder why Thug Christie reserves private box seats for himself at sports events and concerts but denies these things to sick children.
@Hammerlix ...why the hell did Obama spend 10 million on musicians over the past 18 months for the White House then? He could have healed a bunch of sick children but didnt...those games dont work on me dude..
@leetheterrible LOL, you call anyone a freeloader who disagrees with Chris Christie (the former lobbyist for Wall Street and The Energy Industry) as well as a government employee before running for Governor...
You need to get real and get out of your mommy's basement and meet a nice girl, dude.
Hope to hear that Chris will put a stop on property taxes. These bastards can and will take your home. Dont think for a moment you own your house they own it and you make the payments as long as you can afford to.
I am SO PROUD of my fellow New Jersians who had the BALLS to do the right thing and vote for Christie.
Someone please pinch me, cause I still cant believe we got Corzine OUT, and this is a DEM state. What a poweful message the people of NJ have sent to Washington. WE will NOT tolerate Corruption any more and we will VOTE out anyone who does not do as promised. We may just have a fighting chance now.
whats funny is that by the end of his 1st term (or at the end of his 2nd if he gets one) New Jerseyans will STILL have the highest property taxes. he ran to actually change it so New Hampshire could carry that "honor."
but its not gonna happen. and thats the LEAST of the problems NJ will face with this guy as their governor. i really believe his admninistration will be worse than Corzine's.
In this video he kept saying that he would listen to the business people, but he refused to talk to the NJEA. To shun a union that has hundreds of thousands of members that deal with educating children is arrogant.
@robinnic1 > He was probaly thinking FUCK the UNIONS. The school he supports is damn near self sufficient no need for unions or lazy ass state workers.
A former federal prosecutor Chris Christie running for governor approved the tracking of citizens through their cell phones without warrants while he was head of the U.S. Attorney's Office for New Jersey, civil rights attorneys said Thursday.
I'll vote for Christie if he wins the primary, but he hasn't fought for New Jersey taxpayers the way that Steve Lonegan has. Christie was also a top Bush associate and fundraiser, and I fear that the Democrats will smell blood in the water and attack him relentlessly because of it. I want Corzine out of office, and I'm supporting Lonegan in the primary because I think he has the best shot at capturing the unaffiliated voters.
Chris Christie is a flip flopper and says whatever the Republicans want him to say. Steve Lonegan is the more principled candate and advocates for the small government policies that Ronald Reagan embraced.
and............ none of this is happening this state is fuckin gay chris christie is a money hungry fat overweight pig
