For your information, the furnace and the H/W/S were removed by the new owners, not a thief breaking in. When Shea rang back in February - March saying that the basement was flooded that's when they were removed to try and save them. And that video was done 9/2010.
As I have nothing to do with this property I have no concerns with this property.

Damn! That is so sad! The real estate broker i work with bought an entire city block in Detroit for less than 60k. No he is just sitting on it, waiting until things turn around. I he said he thought Detroit's downtown is going to come back like Chicago's did. He says that's why he only buys close to the river front & downtown. I miss the old Detroit,those day's are over. Anyway...
