It is very close to the reality. It is sad and pain full. We as human beings are heading towards destruction. Greed, selfishness, material comfort and ego have created bitterness in our lives and we are becoming weaker day by day. As an individual I feel that I should display my feelings after listening to this fabulous Ghazal through YT.I am not trying to be a reformer.I beg your pardon if I hurt your feelings. I learn so much about Urdu poetry from you. You obviously love it and your recall is superb. NK's ghazal makes me visualize a family compound and the JS-Lata ghazal creates the image of a crowd, but in each case there is the loneliness of an individual : in one case, due to loss of near and dear ones who have only left precious memories to sustain him;in the other, disconnection from a sea of humanity in which ships pass each other by. Thanks for sharing this sweet poem,Qasim Bhai.
