another gather would have helped but i think it would have been more beneficial if large "bits" for lack of a better term, should have been added to either side and then melted in so that there would be more material on the sides to fill the mold........ very ambitious mold though...

yea baby, take another gather. that looked like fun. Glad you were able to get one to come out - must have been tricky with that mold shape.

wow, That was interesting, I like how the glass went spewing all over coming from the furnace @ the start.
That is how glass is though, alot of work for nothing sometimes.
Its the experiance though?
or is it the nature of the beast;o)
