No, Seattle, WA would be better for 2022 Winter Olympics but then it would look like a 12 year repeat of the Vancouver Winter Olympics because both of those cities look quite similar.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for posting this! I lost my tape of this intro sometime in 2003 and the Vancouver games inspired me to search YouTube for it again. I had tears in my eyes as I watched this. It's so perfectly done. I've been recording NBC's opening ceremony intros ever since and they've been good but this one is simply in another category.

The first track is "Growing Old" from Bicentennial Man. Not sure about the second patriotic track or the start of the snow set. The moving/march is a set of cuts form the Forrest Gump score - "Run Forrest Run" "The Crusade (maybe)" and "The Crimson Gump." The final track of the cinematic is "Looking Toward a Rainbow" from the Black Knight soundtrack by Randy Edelman. From there, of course, we go into NBC's internal package version of John William's Olympic Theme. Great music on this thing!

he is the one that passed away two weeks ago wasn't he. I remember seeing his funeral mass from the co cathedral of baltimore maryland the cathedral of mary our queen on tv a few weeks ago.

And tommarrow The funeral for Tim Russert also catholic, will be at the kennedy center in Washington DC, at 4 pm wedsday june 18 2008 thought Why they dont have it at the national shrine of the immaculate conception at catholic universtiy of america is beonde me.
