I spent 5 months being passed around from person to person about a claim for my car. They are fraudsters. After 5 months of this I got fed up and made an agreement that i would get refunded the money I paid for the year to start a new year fresh as soon as I fixed the car myself if i did not claim. Now Anna Dugan says that she didnt agree to this. I asked for the recording and she said she wouldnt have it. They are a fraud insurance company.
