Meat SHOULD be one of the most important food sources for humans. As omnivores we need sugar, fat, proteins and vitamins, and the best source of fat and proteins comes from meat. People that completely avoid eating meat should be punched in the face. People that eat too much meat are fat and should be also, smacked in the face. But what I absolutely hate about vegetarians is that they force their kids to eat only veggies, those parents don't deserve a child.

A healthy omnivore should only eat meat every so often, and meat such as chicken or fish. They should mostly be getting their energy from fresh fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes. Meat should definitely not be the primary source of food for a human being.

Yes some non-meats have the vitamins and nutrients you can otherwise only get in meat, but it's much easier just to accept some meat in your diet. I don't mind too much when grown adults make the choice to be vegans, but if they force their ways on their kids, they should rightfully have their children taken away. Children, especially babies, need meat or dairy products to grow healthy.
