In some ways, I don't blame Obama for not addressing it any sooner..it's one of those things that's very difficult to address in a fruitful way (damned if you do, damned if you don't, damned if you do it well-kinda thing). Secondly, I think h said as much as he could say..he did say why he had been with the church for all of those years..because he's witnessed and been a part of so much of the good that it's done for the community. You either support that answer or you don't.
