Altough it's a long shot, I would make a trade with Poni, Nik, Earl, Blake, Tucker and a 2009 first and second round pick, and a 2010 second round pick with the Kings. Heavy price to pay but its worth it for Stamkos.
For all we know he could be the next Wendel Clark. Your thoughts?

I wouldn't go reading too much into last night's win by the Leafs. The Habs looked tired from the OT win in Buffalo the night before. Also without Koivu, Streit and some others, the Habs didn't have all their weapons. Leafs lose 2 in a row to Boston to get eliminated from playoff contention, then beat Montreal to take them out of the Stamkos "sweepstakes". The Leafs lose if they lose and lose if they win!

You know hockey and you're not one of those Leafers who used to call into the Fan saying "Give Domi the C". But yeah, you're right about this game not spoiling anything for the Habs. yah he played for the university last year here in my home town...big reason why they won the CIS championship....he was doing real good with the marlies...that was the only game in my life where i cheered for the leafs was when he played haha...what a weird way to get hurt too....tripping in a rut in the ice.

We lose every game, we lose 1-2 spots MAX (to FLA and MAYBE the Isles). Really, it doesn't matter. We're not getting the first pick...GET OVER IT. TFC fans were ecstatic in thier away opener, too bad they had to drop thier first match today after the Columbus goalkeeper guessed right and stopped a Penalty, I even told him Samuel through the T.V to smash it down the middle just before, he would've leveled the score! but insane comeback from Arsenal! On the side note that was Carlsberg wasn't it? if not please tell me, John's close but fairer than u though. P.S. Please do TFC fan reactions, those TFC fans were absolutely INSANE at that game.

As a habs fan, i do hate the bruins too BUT i still thinks that the Caps will take their spot in the playoff, the caps calendar is so much easier than the Bruins one. (Even they shutout sens tonight lol)
