That use to be the extent to what gore and violence could be but now we can have a character lose a portion of the head and reveal his brain. I do hope to see it a bit better in GTA 5, like this combined with gore. Being able to remove body parts with hand grenades. The old GTA games had a bit too much (an assault rifle would tear off arms) and GTA 4 not enough, I hope gta 5 perfects this system.
